Villa Greta is a charming private villa with pool in Le Marche region, at a short distance to the Adriatic coast. The property is totally fenced-in and surrounded by a wide garden including a swimming pool with Roman stairs. Guests can benefit of a porch with table, chairs and sofas to eat and relax outside. An equipped gazebo and a veranda with Jacuzzi are present in the pool area.
The villa is on three levels. On the ground floor there’s a bright living room with fireplace and dining table, a well equipped kitchen with lounge area, bathroom with shower and laundry area. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with additional single bed and private bathroom with shower and bathtub, bathroom with shower and twin bedroom that leads to the upper floor with double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Monte Giberto is a town in the province of Fermo at 322 m above sea level and is crossed by the small river Ete Vivo.
TO VISIT
The old town develops around the main square with the Church of San Nicolò and the Town Hall. Other religious buildings to visit are the Church of St. John the Baptist and the Church of St. Anthony of Padua. Entering the town you'll face the Sanctuary of Santa Maria delle Grazie. Nearby there are the historic sights and the former washroom.
LOCAL CUISINE
Typical local products are vincisgrassi (thin layers of fresh handmade pasta with ragù sauce), lamb chops, frascarelli (a type of rustic pasta), 'casimperio or pinzimonio', 'lu pizzotto' (a raw bread made with cornflour, raisins and dried figs), polenta with various seasonings, 'chiacchiere' (fried sweet) and the cake with dried fruit called 'frestinghe'.
