Idyllically located—and yet only 20 minutes by car from the tourist hustle and bustle—here you can still enjoy pure relaxation and yet reach the Baltic Sea coast quickly by car. Book the whole house, it is pure luxury at an affordable price!
You can both enjoy the community or retreat to the comfortable, cozy rooms with televisions.
There are 2 modern, spacious, and very cozy apartments.
The prices listed under "Prices" apply to one apartment each and for occupancy up to 4 people (base price). Each additional person per apartment will be charged 40 euros per night (high season).
Prices plus final cleaning: €90.00 per apartment and a one-time €15 laundry package per person.

- Apartment 1 on the ground floor
(for up to 6 people, wheelchair accessible):
Modern kitchen with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine (filter). Living room with wood-burning stove (wood and briquettes to be provided by yourself), radio and CD player, large terrace with furniture and grill, bathroom with walk-in shower, garden with lawn for playing, water connection for a garden sprinkler to cool off on hot days, and a sandbox with sand toys for children... all within sight!
2 bedrooms with double beds 1.80 m wide, and a 2-bed room for children/teenagers.

with staircase (for up to 10 people):
Modern kitchen with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (filter), kitchen radio. Living room with fireplace stove (wood and briquettes to be provided by guests), radio and CD player, large living and dining room with very large terrace with sea view.
Hammock, garden furniture, clothes rack, sun umbrella, all available.
We have set up a separate, large barbecue area in the garden for the upper apartment. 1 bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m wide, 2 bedrooms with double beds each 1.70 m wide, and a 4-bed room with pull-out drawers for children/teenagers.
1 crib with bedding and 1 high chair available on request.
2 bathrooms with showers.
For anglers, a 3-person canoe with a small trolley is available, as well as a handcart for equipment such as several available life jackets. An outdoor fish cleaning sink and freezing facilities are available. The canoe can also be used by all guests for excursions on the water. Only 50 meters to the harbor!
Both apartments have Wi-Fi, LAN and satellite TV in the living rooms and almost all double rooms. 6 rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs.
Sauna on request and with intermediate cleaning if needed (billing according to kWh)

Location and surroundings of object
The village of Karnin is located directly on the Szczecin Lagoon, not far from the small marina from which bookable sailing trips depart in summer. A children's playground and a bicycle rental station are within walking distance
In the middle of the Peene River, which flows into the Szczecin Lagoon here, is the former "Karnin lift bridge", which has remained standing as a monument since the end of the war.
Cyclists, water sports enthusiasts, hikers and anglers will find unspoilt nature here
Numerous cycle paths lead through the fields and beech forests, the thatched coasts with their bays invite you to swim (beautiful secluded bathing spots only 6 km away, near the town of Usedom or the village of Prätenow) and linger. Numerous original avenues characterise the landscape.
By car, you can also reach the imperial resorts on the Baltic Sea coast in no time at all.
Distance to the seaside resorts: approx. 25 km, to Swinemünde (Poland) 25 km
The nearby Mellenthin Castle, Stolpe Castle and numerous other beautiful localities and sights offer gastronomic highlights. These include regional specialities such as fish and game dishes as well as gourmet buffets.

Out of consideration for the fire hazard in a wooden house and also for the well-being of other holiday guests, smoking is not permitted in the flats. Smoking is possible on the terraces.
Pets are not allowed. The house smells of "forest" and has a special indoor climate. The flats are allergy-friendly.
Both terraces are furnished and south-facing
Separate barbecue facilities are available for both flats on the ground floor, but must be handed over cleaned by the guests at the end.
A sauna for up to 2-4 persons can be used additionally for a small cost price (currently closed due to Corona)

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung
The ground floor of the solid wood house belonged to us for 1 week. We (3 adults and 2 teenagers) felt comfortable all around. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you could wish for. In no holiday home have we found such a well-equipped kitchen. The large terrace could still be enjoyed in the October sun. The location is quiet, and in 1 minute you are at the backwater. We can recommend the property with a clear conscience and would return at any time.
