The 110 sqm house is functionally and child-friendly furnished and offers with 4 bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms of which 1 with WC, space for max. 8 persons in summer
Via the terrace with sea view (mezzanine floor) you enter the hallway, from which a small bedroom with 2 beds (90/2) and washbasin, the spacious living and dining room,
the shower room and the well-equipped, small kitchen.
Both rooms offer an unobstructed view of the Lübeck Bay.
The interior staircase leads to the lower entrance area (ceiling height 2 m) with direct access to a small south-facing terrace and the garden.
Down here you will find a bright bedroom (180/2), a children's bedroom with bunk beds 90/2), a children's bedroom with two single beds(90/2), as well as a shower room and a WC.
All bedrooms have a washbasin.

Location and surroundings of object
The Strandhaus Clara is located between the idyllic Niendorfer Fischereihafen and the Centrum Timmendorfer Strand directly on the beach promenade, so it has traffic-free access to the beach. You can walk to the breakfast bakery in about 10 minutes.
Timmendorfer Strand and the surrounding area offer a wide range of tourist attractions:
Restaurants of all kinds, cafés and shops, the large Ostseetherme, the seawater swimming pool in Niendorf, the SEA LIFE, the bird park in the nature reserve,
Miniature golf courses, tennis courts, golf courses and much more. You can rent bikes and cycle along the promenade to Sierksdorf. This is allowed.
For the little ones, apart from the beach and the water, there are great wooden playgrounds, a bouncy castle, Karl's
Adventure village in Warnsdorf and, of course, the Hansapark in Sierksdorf.
In summer, Timmendorfer Strand invites you to sunbathe and swim, and in winter to take relaxing walks along the water and in the hinterland. This makes Timmendorfer Strand a charming destination at any time of the year.

Our garden with swing is fenced and childproof. The property is not located on a road.
In the house you will find games, LEGO, a wooden train set, children's books for the children.
There is a bicycle rack in the garden.
The terrace on the water side has an awning.
In the period between October and March, the beach house is only rented to a maximum of 6 people, as one bedroom is without heating.
The available bed linen as well as the towels can be booked with a linen package. We charge EUR 18.00 per person per linen package.

Beautiful house in a dream location
I immediately felt at home in this cosy house.
Just like when I'm visiting good friends and I'm told
i am told: "Make yourself at home!"
The view of the bay and the beach from the large windows is magnificent. That alone has recreational value!
Everything in the house is practical and well thought out
It is excellently maintained, clean and furnished with love.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and much more. The cupboard in the basement with tools and many other aids is ingenious.
And not to forget the equipment room in the garden, with several bicycles and toys.
I love coming back here!

Traumhaus mit Charme
We spent a wonderful holiday with two families in this extremely charming house. The unique location right by the sea is a dream. Breakfast with a view of the sea - this is what I imagine a holiday to be like. The two bright, large rooms and the cozy bedrooms in the basement also allow for a relaxed stay with six children in case of rainy weather. The kitchen equipment is amazing, making cooking really enjoyable. The special charm of the house is created by the winding, aging (but super clean and well-maintained) rooms and the many family photos on the walls. We can easily imagine coming back!

very child-friendly
I spent wonderful days in this cozy house with my two children (4 and 8 years old). Fantastic view of the water, a short walk to the beautiful beach. When the weather was not so good, my children enjoyed many children's games, books, and piles of sand toys. The house has a nostalgic charm with some old style elements. Those who prefer modernity may not find it here. Nice contact with the landlady!
