Villa Alba is a holiday flat in a villa consisting of three residential parts, which are separated in different directions on different levels, in a top position above the sea with access to two private beaches. Only a few steps separate the terrace from the turquoise water. The location between the historically charming town of Marciana Marina, with its varied beach promenade, and the town of Procchio, with one of the largest sandy beaches on the island, make the location of the house unique.
There is no lack of tranquillity in this exclusive location above the water, nor is there a lack of variety with its beach bars, restaurants, pretty boutiques and shopping opportunities in the nearby towns. In fact, everything a well-rounded holiday needs.

90 m², 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, loggia terrace, direct access to the private beach,
has a west-east orientation, and offers a living room with sea view, which is open to the kitchen on higher level.
In the kitchen area there is a dining area if the weather is not so good.
Under the loggia there is a sheltered area for dining, with the most fantastic views along the coast towards Procchio. The large terrace offers sun loungers and a barbecue area with an antique stone sink and a shower for beachcombing.
The living area leads to the sleeping area with a double bedroom with access to the loggia, a bathroom, another double bedroom with its own terrace and sea view towards the west.
A bathroom with shower and another room with two beds that can also be pulled together to form a double bed and a loft with two more sleeping possibilities.
The distribution of the bedrooms, two double rooms and two bathrooms as well as the 4-bed room, make the flat also an ideal accommodation for two friendly families who want to spend their holidays together.
The maximum number of persons is 8, if all sleeping possibilities are to be used.

Deposit for keys/damage to be left upon arrival: 150.00 € All extras such as final cleaning, key/damage deposit, heating, etc. must be paid on-site upon handing over the property. Check-in: from 16:00 – 19:00 hrs Check out: before 10:00 hrs CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of a cancellation, the tenant has the right to a refund of the fully paid rental price, subject to the following cancellation fees: - 20% of the total price if cancellation is made up to 90 days before the start of the rental period; - 40% from 89 to 60 days before the start; - 60% from 59 to 30 days before the start; - 100% if the cancellation occurs within 29 days of the start of the rental period. The cancellation must be made in writing. If the property, which is the subject of a cancellation request, is rented out again for the same period, only 10% of the total price will be retained. Should there be a travel ban to Italy due to Corona, you can reschedule or cancel your booking free of charge.
