Simply great!

The house is just great! We felt very comfortable and welcome! Everything is very clean. We were very grateful for the air conditioners and the fans.
The beach is about 15 minutes away on foot. Our dogs were also very welcome everywhere! The beach is beautiful and you can also rent sunbeds! Lake Garda is very clean and beautiful.
The bread service every morning is especially great.
Our host Guido is also an absolute highlight, he is always reliable from the beginning of the booking until departure and always open for questions!
A very nice person, it felt like we have known him forever!

Top Ferienhaus

We were there with a motorhome. Parking on enclosed property. We and our Border Collie Teddy felt very comfortable there. Very familiar and very friendly greeting by Guido. Welcome gift and detailed briefing received. The house is great. There is even a TV in the bedrooms. German-speaking. Great equipment. Nothing was missing. Guido helps with any problems or questions. Fresh bread rolls at the door every morning. Only Guido has already earned 5 stars from us. About a 5-minute walk to Lake Garda. Gardaland, Movieland, Safari Park, etc. in the immediate vicinity. We were super friendly welcomed by Guido. The villa is a dream.
Three generations and four dogs have plenty of space in the cozy villa. Guido provided us with very good treats in the fridge. We felt very comfortable. Our family will definitely book the next Lake Garda holiday through the best landlord in Italy.

Super villa, great vacation

Upon arrival, we were greeted super friendly by the owner Guido and taken to the accommodation straight away. The villa is really great and beautifully furnished. It was also perfect for our small dog, with easy access to green areas. The location is also great, with quick access to the lake and Gardaland, etc. We truly had a lovely vacation. The holiday apartment is located right in the village. The location is very quiet despite some restaurants across the street. Everything is very clean and although old-fashioned, it is very cozy.
The bread service worked perfectly, it was always nice to see rolls already on the table.
Dogs are welcome.

Nice apartment for a relaxing holiday

Guido welcomed us very nicely and took us to the apartment. In the apartment, there are many useful information about the facilities and the surroundings to help and entertain oneself. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was a bit too dark for us (few windows and only yellowish lighting) and the way to the beach and the pool is a bit farther on foot than expected. Some corners have also not been dusted for a while. We also had a few broken equipment items (step bin, shower rod), but we informed Guido, and he took care of it right away. On the weekend, it's a bit louder outside due to the nearby restaurants, so you can't really leave the window open at night (there is also a loud church tower clock in the immediate neighborhood that rings from 6 am). Overall, good equipment and plenty of space for 6 adults. Due to the nearby restaurants, you can have a great dinner in the evening. There are also great bars on the beach. The beach itself is one of the best we have encountered in the area. The pool area is also very nice and invites you to relax. The holiday apartment is definitely recommended for a relaxing vacation.

A delightful place to enjoy right on Lake Garda! Lovely restaurants around the corner and you can quickly reach Verona, Milan, Venice, etc. with this pleasant house where nothing is lacking as a haven. Relax outside on the terrace with a glass of wine or limoncello. The kind landlord Guido welcomes you, and if there is anything, he is immediately on site. He does everything to make you feel comfortable. I can recommend this accommodation to everyone! We will definitely come back again.

Great vacation !!

We spent very lovely 14 days in Pacengo.
We arrived with 5 people, including 1 toddler and 3 dogs.
Everyone had their own area with a bathroom.
The house is very spacious and well-equipped, cooking for 6 people was no problem.
The bread service in the morning was great and free!
We also liked the central location in the middle of the village and the private parking right at the house was very convenient and useful. But even without a car, everything is centrally located, with bus stops nearby for activities. The train station Peschiera can be reached in a few minutes; from there, Verona is reachable in 30 minutes. A day trip to Venice was also no problem even without a car. We find the property highly recommended, the beautiful complex with the great pool, which we were allowed to use, the delicious pizzeria right across the street, where Guido's guests always got a discount, the nice wine merchant around the corner, a great ice cream parlor, and so on and so forth. Guido is a very charming, nice, and attentive landlord. We didn't miss anything. We are happy to stay in touch with Guido and would love to come back in September. Recommended for: Seniors, families with children, culture & sightseeing, beach vacation, and dog owners.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Beautiful fully equipped villa. Everything you need is there. The charm of the old walls, in particular, gives one an authentic southern European feeling of life. Super nice house

We spent a very nice 10 days in Pacengo.
We travelled with 6 people, 2 adults and 4 teenagers (18/18/15/15)
The house was great for all of us. The teenagers had their own space upstairs, including a bathroom, and we parents had our own space downstairs (and our own bathroom).
The house is very spacious and well equipped, cooking for 6 people was no problem.
We also liked the central location in the middle of town and the parking space right by the house was very practical and useful.
We think the property is highly recommended, the beautiful grounds with the great pool, which could be used, the delicious pizzeria directly opposite, where there were always discounts as Guido's guests.....and and and.
Guido is a very charming, nice and attentive landlord. We didn't want for anything. We are still in contact with Guido and will be happy to come back again.

Beautiful domicile

We had a lovely week at Guido's holiday home in Pacengo.
Everything you need is there and the bread service is a very nice idea and works perfectly
The pizzeria next door was very good, where we also got 20%.
The swimming pool was just as nice and we were allowed to use it free of charge.
Guido was a very friendly host.

The only thing to complain about is the beach. The water there is not very clean, as where there is a pebble beach. However, Guido really can't do anything about that.

Holiday resort Pacengo

The holiday resort is great for large families. It is equipped with all necessary amenities. The daily bread delivery service was the highlight.

Great holiday in a fantastic accommodation.

The holiday home was really generous for four people. With 2 bathrooms and the layout on 2 floors, it was ideal for 2 couples. The equipment was great, nothing was missing, some would wish for such a well-equipped kitchen at home. Guido is a very pleasant host who takes great care of "his" families. He provides a lot of information material, and the discounts offered in the surrounding restaurants are very good. The holiday home is very centrally located, just a few minutes' walk to the lake. It was great that we could use the nearby pool facilities. We really enjoyed our holiday and would come back anytime.

Perfect without a car

We traveled by train and bus with 5 adults and 4 children. The house is very well located for car-free travel. The bus stop is 5 minutes away, and the bus lines around Lake Garda and towards Verona are diverse. The house itself looks like the pictures, with fresh rolls waiting for us on the terrace every morning. We enjoyed our evenings at the "20% discount" pizzeria-restaurant with friendly service and a delicious large selection. Guido is very warm, open, and always recommendable as a landlord.

We had a very nice short vacation during the autumn break in this house. First, I want to mention the very friendly landlord, from whom we can only say good things. Any inquiries before the arrival were answered very quickly by Guido. Upon arrival, we were able to meet Guido in person, who was already waiting for us on site. He took good care of us throughout and sweetened our vacation with some small gestures until the end. The house is well equipped in Italian style, with everything you need for self-catering. It is located very centrally, so you can quickly reach all directions along the lake.

I can only recommend spending your vacation on Lake Garda and booking accommodation with Guido for this period.

A wonderful holiday accommodation

We, 3 couples between 50 and 60 years old, had a wonderful week in this holiday villa, restored in Italian style with a lot of love. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and of course the terrace were great, offering us enough space to spend our time together there.

The holiday villa is located directly on the Piazzeta in an old building in the village of Pacengo, and therefore right in the middle of the village, which has preserved its own identity. From Pacengo, we could easily reach all the sights and the lake.
In the village itself, there is everything a person needs:
a small supermarket
a butcher
restaurants and cafe bars
a pharmacy and a tobacco shop where, among other things, German newspapers are available. Our thanks go to Mr. Guido, a very attentive host, our Italian friendly temporary neighbors, and to the staff and kitchen of the restaurant La Riesete in the village where we felt very well taken care of. We would love to come back.

Beautiful holiday home very centrally located

The house is located very centrally and yet quietly in the village of Pacengo. Culinary-wise, the village had something to offer in every direction. The small bar on the main street was our go-to place every day :-)
The house itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We found Guido to be a very attentive and discreet host. The bread roll service every morning was great and the wifi was able to handle access from multiple devices. The parking lot in the enclosed courtyard completes the overall package. We were 6 friends and the house was perfect for that. Happy to come back! ! ! !

Great short break at Lake Garda

This beautiful house in Pacengo offers plenty of space. With its 3 full bedrooms and two shower rooms, it is ideal for larger families or, as in our case, a holiday with friends.
Good facilities and excellent service, Guido is always available. As a special surprise, fresh bread rolls were provided every morning. The location of the house is also good, with access from the back ensuring the necessary peace. Within a few steps, there are plenty of good restaurants and a wonderful small bar. The beach/lake is only a short walk of about 700 meters away.

We will gladly come back.

Schöne zentral gelegene Ferienvilla

We really liked this holiday villa. The house is very well-equipped, the rooms are very spacious, very clean and with two bathrooms ideal even for two families. Our dog also felt very comfortable.
Noteworthy is the complimentary morning bread service. Early in the morning, bread rolls are delivered to the door, unnoticed by us sleeping vacationers.
The central location in Pacengo is perfect. In two minutes' walk, there is a minimarket, a butcher's shop, a pizzeria, a pharmacy, an ATM, etc.
The handover and return of the villa worked smoothly.
The free use of the nearby pool area is highly recommended.
As a starting point for excursions in the area, the location is ideal, Verona is reachable in 30 minutes, Lazise in 10 minutes, Peschiera and Sirmione are also easily reachable in a short time.

Great holiday home in a central location!!

We had a wonderful vacation at Lake Garda. The house is much more spacious than it looks in the pictures and you don't miss anything! The fresh rolls every morning were particularly delicious.
In the immediate vicinity, you can get everything you need, and the beach and pool area (dogs allowed!) were easily accessible on foot.
Beautiful cities like Sirmione, Peschiera, and Lazise can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Sunny vacation with 6 people

We were two families with 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The house is very spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately, only a small seating area in front of the door. Ideal for teenagers with television and Wi-Fi. The landlord is super friendly and after a short phone call, he was at the door the next day and had bought us a grill. The location is easily accessible to the beach. However, on the way back, it is steep uphill and not suitable for non-runners. :) Highly recommended at any time.

Great vacation with friends

With 6 adults, 3 teenagers, and 2 dogs, it was an ideal holiday home. The spacious entrance area with the open kitchen provided enough space for us to cook, chill, and eat together. The Wi-Fi was indispensable, especially for the kids. The location in the center of the small village of Pacengo was a perfect starting point for activities both to the north and further south, and just a few minutes' walk from the lake. In the village itself, it was only a few steps to take care of the most important things: pharmacy, ATM, delicious pizzeria, small supermarket, and butcher... and postcards, of course. Guido, a very dedicated landlord with excellent German language skills, always available, helpful, and courteous. Would love to come back. Maybe already next year?! !

The reception was very nice and everything in the house was explained and shown to us in great detail. The house is spacious and large, making it perfect for families or vacations with friends. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped, and the terrace is located in a quiet courtyard. The location is excellent, right in the town center with a supermarket and restaurants within a 2-minute walk. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the lake and about 5 minutes by car to Lazise. The morning bread delivery service was just great :) we will definitely come back :)

New Year's Eve at Lake Garda
