Accommodation did not match the description.
Issues raised:
• a broken lamp in the bedroom
• a partially torn curtain rod
• a sink in the bathroom that does not drain properly
• old blinds in the living room that needed to be reattached regularly
• two non-functional TVs in the attic
• no DVD player on the 1st floor
• no garden chairs at the barbecue area, only an old table. Here the landlord told us that there are garden chairs on the balcony on the 1st floor, but they would not help us if we used the barbecue area located about 100 meters away from the house. The bench with table shown in many pictures no longer exists.
• Our main problem: the freezer was broken and the refrigerator froze up on us. Later, after a few days, we managed ourselves with a piece of paper, which we wedged in the freezer to keep it closed. However, we ended up wasting food because of this. We also dragged a small fridge from the attic to the first floor, but it was not sufficient as we were 6 people.
Nobody knew about our arrival, we only reached the vacation rental an hour later. A credit for discarded food was declined, subsequent emails were ignored.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at this accommodation. There were unpleasant discussions with the other residents of the holiday home regarding the problematic car parking spaces. The same situation occurred with the owner of the house located directly by the parking lot. The access from the parking lot to the accommodation is particularly tricky in the dark. Despite a room temperature of approximately 18-19°C and the illness of our two grandchildren with a fever over 39°C, the heating system in the house was not activated. Due to the illness, an early departure took place. A refund was categorically rejected, of course, out of goodwill. The stated distance from the sea of approximately 600m is not correct. It is about 950m. Mrs. Körner, who takes care of the apartments, was very helpful. The price-performance ratio is not at all convincing.
