Washing machine in the large bathroom. 1 guest toilet on the upper floor. Living room with direct access to the terrace and garden. Large sun terrace for a delicious breakfast outside. Modern, easy-to-use wood-burning stove for cosy evenings. Well-maintained sole plot approx. 400sqm.
Fully fenced. Optimal for dog lovers.
1 car parking space
Fully equipped kitchen. Coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Radio, TV (SAT). W-LAN. Sun terrace with deck chairs. Charcoal grill.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: If no replacement tenant is found 30 days before the agreed start of the rental period, the original tenant is obliged to pay 40% of the rental price to the landlord. If the property is not re-rented after this period has expired, 90% of the agreed rental price becomes due. In view of this possible scenario, the tenant is advised to take out travel cancellation insurance.
