The holiday home "Bernd," built in 2013, is located in a quiet village setting in the center of the little village of Bresewitz. On the ground floor (65 sqm), there is an elegant open kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and a small pantry. In the bright, light-flooded living and dining room, there is a large dining table with 6 chairs and 2 wicker chairs, as well as a cozy sitting area with exclusive living room furniture, a flat-screen television, satellite TV, stereo system, DVD, and CD player. The special highlight is the valuable tiled stove, which provides you with cozy warmth and comfort during the cooler seasons. Furthermore, on the ground floor, there is a cozy entrance hall with a bench and a closed wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
On the upper floor, there are three lovingly decorated bedrooms in different color schemes with high-quality box spring beds (including 1 bedroom with separate beds, 90 x 200 cm). The spacious and high-quality bathroom features 2 sinks, a large walk-in glass shower, a bidet, and a toilet. In both bathrooms, a hair dryer is available for you.
The 28 sqm fully covered terrace faces south and becomes a second living room in the summer. Even in bad weather, the terrace is inviting.
Garden furniture with seat cushions and blankets is available for 6 people.
A spacious carport provides space for one car. There is parking space for an additional car on the property.

Numerous meadows and small islands are home to rare bird species. Here, thousands of cranes rest in spring and autumn. The main roosting place is the small island of Kirr in the lagoon waters directly in front of Bresewitz. Once the home of fishermen and sailors, the small village with thatched-roof houses has not lost its charm to this day. For those who miss the hustle and bustle of tourist spots, Zingst, the most beautiful Baltic Sea resort in the "Fischland-Darß" region, is just a 5-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride away.
