Location and surroundings of object

The bungalow is located behind a so called "Stolp Boerderij" or farmhouse from 1905 which has now only a living purpose and therefore has been rebuilt in 1998.
The landlord has therefore lived 4 years with much joy in this bungalow with 2 adults and 2 children. It is also very cozy in all seasons.
There is a separate, private entrance to the street.
Behind the bungalow is a terrace where you can enjoy the sun from lunchtime.
From the living room you have beautiful views in the garden of the owner.
Accross the street is (free) parkingspace for 1 car.

Many possibilities for hiking and cycling.
Turn right to the village Egmond aan Zee (500 m) and through the village with many shops and restaurants dan the sea and beach (1500 m).
Left to Egmond aan den Hoef with a large supermarket at 300 m (open 7 days a week), bakery, butcheri and fish seller. And then 200 m further into the historic village with a foundation of a former castle.
Bus to Alkmaar (5 km) and Heiloo (4 km) at 150 m. In these two cities you can take the train to, for example Amsterdam (about 40 minutes)

Very nice accommodation, ideal with a dog ?

We were there with our golden retriever, clean and cozy holiday home. Everything well fenced, no danger of the fur baby escaping. Despite the main road, it was quiet in the accommodation, great terrace. Across the street is the entrance to the forest, optimal for walks, path to Egmond or the beach. Very nice landlords. Anytime again!

Vacation with a dog

We stayed in the bungalow in May with 2 people and a dog. A large and well-equipped apartment, we didn't miss anything. The terrace is wonderful and the property is completely fenced so the dog can move freely. Thank you very much Fam. Klaver, we will be happy to come back.

Super great vacation

We were on vacation with the Klaver family for two weeks.
It was beautiful.
We didn't miss anything in their vacation apartment.
Mr. and Mrs. Klaver were helpful with every problem.
The location is great. You can reach everything very well by bike or on foot.

Family vacation with a dog

A super beautiful holiday home with a lot of space, our dog felt very comfortable. Large terrace where you can relax. We really liked it and we will come back. The Klaver family is so helpful and sympathetic, we can't complain about anything. The house is very, very clean and we also slept wonderfully. It's just cozy. And all on one level on the ground floor. That was great for our dog since he didn't have to climb any stairs. The surrounding area is inviting, especially for hiking. Right across the street, there is a forest and dunes close to the beach with very good restaurants. And from the holiday house, it is less than 5 minutes to the supermarket. Just fantastic.

Sehr positiv

The house is really beautiful and has enough space for at least 3 guests with a dog. It is equipped with everything one could desire. We could spend the evenings excellently on our own terrace. Directly opposite starts the dune area, where we enjoyed walking in the shade with our dog. As a narrow road winds its way through, a morning walk is also possible with a stroller or, as in our case, with a wheelchair. It must be mentioned that Mrs. Klawer and Mr. Klawer are incredibly kind and empathetic. We highly recommend the beautiful holiday home and the wonderful Klawer family. It doesn't get any better than this.

Schöne Unterkunft

We stayed in the bungalow of the Klaver family at the beginning of May with 2 people and a dog. A cozy and well-equipped apartment, very clean. And very, very nice landlords. We especially liked the terrace because it is fenced and our dog could run freely. We would always spend a short vacation with the Klaver family again.

That was a great week.

We had a great week with the Klaver family. We were greeted very friendly. With our 12-year-old daughter and our Labrador Sammy, there was plenty of space. The accommodation was spacious and clean. Price/performance is right here. Parking opposite top? We felt very comfortable so we will come back in autumn. Thank you, Fam. KLAVER ??

Fully equipped, good location, and friendly landlords

We spent the 4 days around Ascension Day at the holiday home of the Klaver family in Egmond aan den Hoef. We, meaning my adult daughter, our Labrador Retriever, and myself.
The house is located on the road to Egmond in the second row, so it is quite quiet. Directly opposite is a forest area through which you can easily cycle to Egmond aan Zee. There, dogs are also allowed to run free, which our Labrador enjoyed.
The direct distance to Egmond aan Zee is about 1km, and to the nearest large supermarket perhaps 200m. Everything is easily accessible by bike. The distance to the next larger city, Alkmaar, is about 7km.

The holiday home is spacious, with a large living room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a small winter garden where our dog stayed. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortably furnished.

In addition, there is a private outdoor terrace behind the house and a bike shed for the bicycles. There is also a parking space, which is very useful as there are few parking options nearby.

The landlords were really nice, and we immediately felt comfortable. Definitely worth a recommendation. Tip: It is advisable to bring bicycles as you basically do not need a car.

all possibilities for "airing out"

We have been looking for a cottage without a "Dutch" staircase for a long time and have found a welcoming house, with a bouquet of tulips on the living room table as a welcome gesture, that thanks to its location encourages many activities. Just across the street, you can head into the dunes and through the tulip fields, and thanks to the provided bicycles, the beach is quickly reached. With a "private" parking space opposite, there are no parking worries. The rooms, including the kitchen, are spacious. There are many suggestions, e.g. city maps with guided tours, many games, for planning your vacation. By the way, with temperatures exceeding 30°C in the sun, it remained pleasantly cool in the house. We will come back!
