Welcome to our site. The holidays start with us and you will feel home away from home! We look forward hearng from you and are happy to answer your questions.
In the listed country house (semi-detached house), which is beautifully located in the Chianti are located in a residential unit (house) on an area of 210m² on 2 levels 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms,
5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms for max. 12 people.
In the adjacent half of the house Apartment 1 (80m2, 4 persons) can be rented. Wireless internet access for free!
The layout of the rooms in the house guarantees individual accommodation when spending time together with friends or acquaintances. In the child-friendly garden is a well-kept swimming pool (6x12m) with lawn and a large panoramic terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets with a good glass of wine. Please note that the pool is only for private use if you book at least 10 people.

The cottage belongs to the municipality of Certaldo and is surrounded by wineries near the wine town of Montespertoli and the wine route of Colli Fiorentini. Formerly part of the Tenuta di Sticciano, the estate offers panoramic views of gently rolling hills and a wealth of discoveries. An extraordinary species-rich flora and fauna are witnesses to an intact environment.

Annullierungskostenversicherung: Die Annulierungskostenversicherung ist Sache des Mieters. Viele Autofahrer sind im Besitz eines Schutzbriefes inklusive einer Reiseannullierungskostenversicherung. Anmerkungen an den Mieter: Die Wohnung wird dem Mieter gereinigt und in ordentlichem Zustand übergeben. Für durch Dritte verursachte Störungen wie Stromunterbrüche, von der Regierung und den Gemeinden gesetzlich angeordnete Wasserrationierungen und Unterbrechungen etc. kann keine Haftung übernommen werden. Vom Mieter verursachte Schäden und die daraus entstehenden Unannehmlichkeiten während des Aufenthaltes , werden wir versuchen zu beheben. Sollten Dritte involviert sein, muss auf deren Forderungen ( Termine, längere Wartezeiten) eingegangen werden. Die Kosten, die damit im Zusammenhang stehen sind vom Mieter sofort zu begleichen. Der Zutritt zur Wohnung ist immer dann zu gewährleiten, wenn Störungen und Schäden dies notwendig machen oder Schäden dadurch abgewendet werden können. z.B. geöffnete Fenster bei Abwesenheit der Mieter, wenn Gewitter auftreten und der Mieter das Schliessen versäumt hat. Es wird in diesem Zusammenhang darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass die Lebensumstände in der Toskana in einigen Hinsichten von denen zu Hause abweichen können. Honeymoon in Tuscany
The listed Casa Montecrespoli is located in the middle of Tuscan nature and is ideal to relax far away from the stressful everyday life. From Certaldo, which can be reached by car in about 15-20 minutes, you can still easily reach the historic cities of Siena, Pisa, Florence and also Lucca from the train station if you need a change of pace. In Certaldo there are also some shopping facilities and on Wednesdays there is a weekly market. The landlords of the house are extremely hospitable, helpful and happy to offer advice and support. The flowering grounds are beautifully maintained and we were also able to rent the pool for private use. The furnishings are traditional Tuscan style and exude the original Italian charm. All in all, we enjoyed our honeymoon there to the fullest and can only recommend the stay to everyone! Alla prossima volta!

Tuscany at its best - just as you imagine it.
Away from any commercialism. Super clean and extremely friendly hosts - have many tips for wine producers and restaurants. Completely quiet location - no traffic, simply sensational amidst vineyards and olive groves. Excellent restaurant in the immediate vicinity - without much tourism - authentic and unspoiled. I travel frequently to Italy and used to travel there a lot for work. But this originality really surprised me. The accommodation is completely and perfectly equipped - highly recommended.

Dreamlike! It doesn't get any better! Especially right now - traveling without fear!
Dreamlike, beautifully restored holiday apartment in a former farmhouse. Every detail designed with great love: wooden stone ceiling, stone foot baths, fully equipped kitchen, 3 large (!) bedrooms, mosquito nets on all windows (important for ventilation!!!), great well-kept garden-park complex with lovely seating areas... We can only envy those who still go there! Great natural beach reachable in 2 hours (Remigliano, south of San Vincenzo).

Family vacation in Tuscany
We were guests as a family and thrilled! Surrounded by vineyards, great view with beautiful sunsets. The landlords were very hospitable and committed. The pool provided cooling especially in the afternoon! Great location to explore the surroundings. We recovered very well and enjoyed our stay.

Great holiday home!
The descriptions on the portal are spot on. The friendly landlord couple, who were present on site, took care of everything. A very beautiful, well-equipped and well-kept domicile with wonderful outdoor seating, a spacious outdoor area (pool, sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities) surrounded by vines and olive trees. And if you find it too quiet in the middle of the beautiful Chianti region, you can reach Florence within half an hour. In the other direction, you can quickly reach San Gimignano, for example. Absolutely recommendable for a relaxing holiday, but also suitable for active holidaymakers.

A little paradise
Once you have survived the adventurous journey over hill and dale, you suddenly find yourself in a veritable paradise. The extremely well-maintained property is located in the middle of the vineyards, among olive trees and vines. Each of the three holiday flats has its own wonderfully overgrown seating area, but all around there are numerous other possibilities to discover your own favourite spots. The pool is very well maintained and clean, the flats are spacious and very well equipped, the landlords are very nice and approachable, and the location is simply gorgeous, with views of the typical Tuscan landscape of cypresses, pines and the rolling hills. At night, the chirping of the cycads and an endless sea of stars beckon you outside. Many of Tuscany's cultural destinations are within easy reach of Casa Montecrespoli. The children also loved everything here!

Leider liegen paradiesische Landschaften meist ja nicht direkt an der Autobahn. 2/3 der ca. 3 km langen, von der Gemeinde unterhaltenen Nebenstrasse SC 8, sind asphaltiert, der Rest ist eine sehr gut befestigte für die toskanische Landschaft nicht wegzudenkende weisse Naturstrasse.
Gross und Klein fanden es prima! So soll es sein für unsere Gäste, das ist uns sehr wichtig.

Dreamlike holiday!
Right after our arrival we realised that we had made the right choice! The flat is furnished in Tuscan style, very nice, clean and large. Beautiful outdoor seating area with a wonderful view of the surroundings! Beautifully maintained pool area! The landlords are very nice and helpful!

Great family vacation
With our children and grandchildren, we were able to experience a wonderful vacation week together here - the combination of apartments 1, 2, and 3 was simply fantastic.
