Stone cottage with shared swimming pool situated on the green, panoramic hills at 1.5 km from the hilltop town of Casole d'Elsa.

Accommodation is offered on the elevated ground floor composed by a cosy leaving room with a double sofa bed and access onto a large panoramic terrace (50 m2), 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with and extra single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub, kitchen/dining room.

The owners (very polite and discrete people) live the lower ground floor with own access and outdoor area, and are in no way limiting the guests' total privacy.

Swimming pool (occasionally shared with max 3/4 people) available from May to September (09:00 to 19:30)
