Villa TELA is a modern and luxurious villa located in unspoiled nature, in a small picturesque village, Kučići. Located in the mountains, surrounded by hills, it is still very close to the pirates’ town Omiš, the river Cetina, and the beautiful Adriatic Sea.

The ground floor of Villa Tela offers a private, heated 33sqm swimming pool with an attached 5sqm Whirlpool (same temperature as the pool water) for 6 persons, 8 lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a summer kitchen with an indoor and outdoor covered dining area, a traditional barbecue, and a playground for children. Inside the property is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining and living area with open views of the landscape, a sauna with a shower, and a toilet. Also, at your disposal are two training machines, darts and table tennis, and a PS4.

The first floor offers modern and comfortable 4 en-suite bedrooms and a laundry. Bedroom with two single beds (90x200) which can be connected and one extra sofa bed for one person, A/C, bathroom with shower, double sink, balcony. Beautiful house, very nice hosts

The house is beautiful, very high quality, and no wish is left unfulfilled. Everything is available to spend a wonderful vacation. The landlords are extremely friendly and always reachable, thank you very much. We had a great time and can only warmly recommend the house. Would love to come again.

Luxurious house for a dream vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Tela! The landlords are very nice, friendly, and always reachable. The dinner that Zeljana and her family prepared for us was delicious, along with wine and dessert - a very nice addition that we really enjoyed. Upon arrival, we received a fantastic cake and other treats. In the house, everything is available that you need for a great vacation and more: pool towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, and much more. We enjoyed playing table tennis, using the gym, spending time by the pool, or grilling and eating delicious food. The nearby supermarket is small, but you can find necessary items. We can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home!

Super nice house with everything you need.

We had two wonderful weeks in Villa Tela. The house is in excellent condition, very well maintained and well equipped. Very nice landlords who were always quickly available for questions or concerns.

Top holiday home

Highly Recommended!

We had two great weeks in this great house.
There is nothing missing.
This house and plot with large pool is so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated that you can only rave about.

Super beautiful villa with pool

A very luxurious, peacefully located and absolutely clean villa. The landlords are extremely friendly and always helpful with questions. The location is very remote, just as we desired. The pool is very well maintained and the water is top quality. The view is excellent. There was no lack of amenities. We stayed there with 4 adults and 4 children. We recommend the villa in every aspect!!!

Beautiful Holiday in Villa Tela

We, two couples from Germany, had a great holiday in October 2018 in this beautiful holiday home.
The house offers all the luxury to enjoy your holiday even on a rainy day.
Beside the nice pool and the summer kitchen, the house offers a sauna to relax, fitness equipment, table tennis, and darts to do sports and even a Playstation 4.
Each of the 4 comfortable bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower and/or bathtub.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Family Vukasovic, the owners of the house, are super nice and helpful. One night they even prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us. You have many different options to spend your holidays in that region (e.g. a nice beach in Brela, zip-lining, rafting, sightseeing in Trogir, etc.).
In summary, we highly recommend this beautiful house. There was not a single thing to complain about. Thanks for the nice holiday, and maybe we will come back soon.

Dear Zeljana,
We very much enjoyed our stay in your wonderful house. There was not a single thing we didn't like about it. Out of our 6 rentals in Croatia this was for sure the best. Besides the 3 adults also the kids starting age 4 up to 17 were excited and felt totally comfortable.
And for sure your and your husbands kindness and hospitality have been impressive. Thanks again for the delicious peka you prepared for us.

Extraordinary !!!!!

This 400 m2 villa is incredible!! The layout, equipment, and decoration are flawless; everything is superb and of very good quality! We have been traveling with 2 families for several years, and this is by far the most beautiful rental we have had! The owner is lovely, she responds to our every request. Upon our arrival, she had prepared a charcuterie platter, and during the week, she cooked us an absolutely delicious local dish! If you rent this villa, you will have an unforgettable holiday. Subtle mix of modern and traditional, this villa promises comfort and relaxation.
