The fully air-conditioned 58 m² luxury apartment is ideal for couples and families. From the balcony, which is directed directly to the sea, you can enjoy the morning coffee with a breathtaking view. For this apartment, the goal of yacht interior designers was to create as much space as possible and to create a sense of freedom through the play of light and well thought-out shop furniture, as well as a skilfully installed kitchen. The living room has a designer couch from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. In addition, the apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, each with a large box-spring bed, making the apartment perfect for both couples and families. The two bedrooms are complemented by a luxury bathroom.

Beach:
Each luxurious apartment has a unique and direct sea view. This special position allows you to swim away from the front door. The fine-grained beach in front of the resort is gently sloping and without sea urchins, whereby the daily bathing fun even with small children are no limits.

Surroundings:
In addition, you can enjoy a few minutes walk in typical local restaurants (konobas) Croatian specialties, such as fish or mussels, freshly caught from the sea or even enjoy a typical Croatian stone oven pizza and be pampered by the Croatian hospitality. In addition, you can enjoy a coffee at the bars on the promenade and let your mind wander. If you want to cook something yourself in your designer kitchen, there are several supermarkets just a few minutes walk away, where you can shop comfortably.

Trips:
If you have had enough of a beach holiday, then you can make trips to the Zrmanja River (Winnetou location), a 4x4 drive in the National Park Paklenica or a boat trip to round off your holiday. In addition, adventure seekers in Maslenica get their money, on the one hand with a bungee jump jump from the famous Maslenica bridge, on the other hand with a jet ski trip from the nearby boat rental.
For night owls we recommend the nearby harbor town of Zadar with the legendary clubs Ledana and Maraschino.

When entering the fully equipped luxury bathroom, every detail in the bathroom is designed with love. In addition, the different colors complement each other from the dark floors and the light furniture to increase the feel-good factor.
