Description

We offer a freestanding new building in Ibiza style with 170sqm living space and a plot size of 1500sqm.
In the center of the horseshoe-designed living floor is a spacious living and dining area of 75 sqm with American kitchen. In the wings left and right there are a total of 3 double bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom. Living room and all 3 bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace with pool via sliding glass doors. This brings a lot of light and ensures a feel-good atmosphere.
The large solid wood table for 6 people opposite and 2 modern 3 seater sofas in the spacious living room area provide comfortable facilities for a social get-together.
The 230 square meter pool terrace with a pool of 10x4m offers a great sea view and can not only be used as a place of relaxation, but also for cozy barbecues.,
6 sun loungers, 1 cozy lounge corner with sofa and 2 armchairs, a large dining table, gas grill, offer you every comfort.
1 flat screen TV with German SAT TV can be found in the living room, as well as TV sets in 2 bedrooms
The bedrooms and the living-dining area have air conditioning (cold / warm).
Furthermore, all rooms for the cooler days have an electric underfloor heating, which is individually controllable for each room

Very beautiful house

We were at Villa Perseus. It is a very nice house with all the comfort you need for a nice vacation. The house is in very good condition, everything is very clean and well-maintained. The Pickel family takes very good care of their guests. We would vacation there again at any time. Many thanks to the Pickel family for the very good care.

Family vacation

We were four generations and everyone liked it very much. It is so big and well divided that you can do a lot together, but also retreat. The house was very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. Our wishes were also fulfilled immediately.

Beautiful modern villa in Denia

We spent three wonderful weeks in the beautiful and modern Villa Perseu in Denia.

We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Petra Pickel and she and her son Maximilian were available at all times. They also gave us valuable tips about Denia and the area (restaurants, excursions, etc.).

The villa is beautiful, modern, very clean, and very well equipped. Everything is new and very comfortable (kitchen, sofa, beds), nothing is missing, and everything is provided for a pleasant stay. Very large living room, beautiful bathrooms, cozy bedrooms, and a large furnished terrace to enjoy outdoor living. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool (it was December!), but it must be wonderful in the summer!

Great house, good care.

We were warmly welcomed by Maximilian Pickel directly at Villa Perseu. The house is located five minutes by car from the center of Denia and can also be reached on foot directly on the seaside promenade in a good half hour. In addition to the excursion tips we received by email (further tips are also available in writing in the house), Max gave us other interesting excursion destinations. He also helped us with booking a boat trip by organizing the tickets for us. We would gladly be guests of the Pieroth-Pickel family again sometime.

Perfect, we will gladly come again.

The accommodation was even more beautiful when we arrived than in the pictures. You park your car, get out, and see the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea and the huge terrace through the great windows. The kitchen equipment in the villa is unbeatable - probably better than what some have at home. Everything is perfectly organized: in the rooms, in the organizational process. Everything is perfectly clean. Especially in these times, it is important to pay attention to hygiene. There is no need to have any doubts here. Our dear Mrs. Pickel was a great, competent, and very helpful person from the first contact. Something that is hard to find in our fast-paced modern times and under societal pressure. Thank you very much for the nice conversations. We have already told many friends about the villa and the process after our return. We will gladly come back.

Great holiday home and excellent care

We, as a family of six, spent a week at Villa Perseu in Denia. The cleanliness and facilities of the house left nothing to be desired, and the care provided by Mrs. Pieroth-Pickel was excellent. Especially in light of the special circumstances of the Covid-19 pandemic, we were regularly provided with very helpful information about the current local situation, as well as the impact on tourist attractions, before and during our stay. Sensational villa with spacious amenities.

We stayed at Villa Perseu for 3 weeks in July 2020 and really enjoyed our stay. The villa is fantastic, the location and sea views are perfect. The amenities are very good and spacious, for example, the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday stay. The villa is also well-maintained and very clean. There is also plenty of space for vehicles. Despite some minor initial difficulties, Mrs. Pieroth-Pickel immediately helped us and was always available via WhatsApp for questions about the villa, restaurants, and the situation around "Corona". The support is truly excellent. We enjoyed our stay from A to Z and will definitely come back. Best regards from the Reber family from Switzerland.

Beautiful house, great location, superbly equipped.

We have been to Denia in winter several times, but for the first time we stayed in a house offered by the Pickel family. Denia is recommended because of its optimal infrastructure: everything is there for an entertaining and relaxing stay: beach, mountains, shopping, restaurants, cafes, water sports, golf, hiking, etc. Then all you need is a beautiful house in a good location, as we found it with Villa Perseu: in a semi-elevated position with a short distance to the beach and the city, overlooking the sea, modern and practical furnishings with air conditioning and underfloor heating, 3 bedrooms and living room with German TV programs, fully equipped with dishes, cleaning supplies, etc. Nothing is missing! Terrace with pool, 2 driveways, one with a large garage. Quiet surroundings. And the care from Mrs. Pickel leaves nothing to be desired.

Perfect for the whole family

We spent a week at Villa Perseu in September/October and immediately rebooked for 2020. Three generations - grandparents, parents, and a two-year-old child. Everything was perfect and provided according to our wishes (cot, high chair, etc.). The furnishings felt like home, everything was available. Very clean, new, and functional. Professional, reliable management. Appointments kept and easy to reach. Additional offers and tips with information for excursions etc. received.

Accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired!

This summer, our family of four spent 14 days at Villa Perseu and we were very impressed! The house is super modern and equipped with everything you need. You could easily walk to the sea from the accommodation, and there were many beautiful beaches to visit in the area. Great holiday in a house with top amenities

Great house, helpful hosts

We spent a relaxed and varied 14-day vacation in May in a beautifully styled holiday home that met all expectations in every way. Since we (2 couples) also enjoy cooking together, it was a pleasure to use the very well-equipped kitchen and to be able to enjoy the meals on the generously laid out terrace. The weather also cooperated, allowing us to even use the pool. The house is truly a sight to behold. Its size offers retreat spaces, which was very pleasant. The location is great, from the pool you have a view of the nearby sea, in the evening with the illuminated pool, it's a great backdrop. Overall, a recommended place. The location offers the possibility to easily reach the sea with its long promenade and gastronomy on foot (12 minutes). The Pickel family are very helpful hosts who provide many recommendations and tips. We will gladly come back!!

A house that leaves nothing to be desired!!!!!

In February/March, we spent four weeks at Villa Perseu. It was particularly exciting as we were the first tenants. Of course, a few things happened that typically occur with a new move-in. However, a call to the Pickel family was enough to promptly address the issues. The house itself leaves nothing to be desired! We felt so comfortable that we have already booked for the next few years. In November/December 2017, we already spent four weeks at Villa Santa Maria. We felt very, very well taken care of there as well. The Pickel family contributes a lot to this feeling of well-being, thank you very much.
