Roche Viejo: A Peaceful Refuge in the Heart of Nature
Roche Viejo is a rural area of small plots, where you can find quiet and cozy country houses, many of them surrounded by small orchards, where you can buy fresh vegetables directly from local producers. You can also enjoy the isolated pines from what was once the extensive Roche pine forest, where the people of Conil used to spend their holidays to rest. It is a highly recommended area for resting, as it is far from large urban centers, but has all the necessary services. You will find several campsites, restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets, etc. Conil is about 4 km away, along the road that leads to the fishing port of Conil, a place you must visit to enjoy its fresh fish restaurants. El Pinar de Roche is a protected natural area formed by the Conil pine forest, which was declared a Site of Community Importance (SCI) in 2006, and is part of the Natura 2000 network. It is the starting point for hiking and cycling routes, where you can enjoy picnics by the river or mushroom picking in spring and autumn. If you like nature, this is your place!

| To confirm your booking, a 40% deposit is required via bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining 60% plus a €300 security deposit is paid in cash on key handover. The deposit is fully refundable after check-out if no damage is found. The villa accommodates 5–6 guests. Base price is for up to 5 guests. The 6th guest (extra bed) has a supplement of €90 per week. It is recommended to have a car to get around the area, as you will be in a rural area. Although the distances are short, having a vehicle will make your stay more comfortable. On the grounds of the Villa, you will have free private parking for up to 2 cars.
Garden maintenance and pool cleaning are guaranteed during your stay. The tenants who stay in our Villas are our guests, and we will do everything possible to ensure that they have an enjoyable vacation. That is our job!

The house was exactly as described, gorgeous garden, great pool
The beaches all around are beautiful. You can also start many sightseeing tours. We felt comfortable all around. Carmen and her husband are very warm and friendly.

Our stay at Villa El Cortijo Andaluz was fantastic.
A very nice and peaceful house with a well-kept garden and pool.
A car is recommended for trips in the area, especially to the nearby town of Conil with its white houses and small, attractive streets and the beaches in the area.
Our hosts were very hospitable and helpful in all aspects.
We enjoyed our stay very much and can fully recommend the property.

Lovely villa
Villa El Cortijo is located in a lovely area of Andaluz. Beautiful beaches, nice, quiet villages, great food. The villa has a wonderful garden with pool which we enjoyed to the utmost. We were welcomed so warmly by Carmen and Juan that we felt at home from the start. Their tips of where to go in the area takes one of the beaten tracks. Wonderful holiday!
