House Seewind was awarded the "Kinderplus" classification in 2019 by the Schleswig-Holstein Tourism Association as an accommodation particularly suitable for travelers with children.
The holiday apartment Seebär has a large living room with a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa and armchair, television, DVD player, radio, satellite TV.
A fully equipped kitchen with large fridge-freezer combination, microwave, oven, stove with ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, etc. etc.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. Additional guest WC, storage room with wall safe.
1 bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 cm.
A staircase leads to the attic with 4 single beds 90 x 190 cm in alcoves.
The house Seewind with its 4 holiday apartments (Seerose, Seebär, Seestern, and Seepferd) is located on a plot of approx. 2800 m².
On the large property with sunbathing lawn and many seating options, there is also an additional barbecue terrace with grill. For our little guests, there is a separate playground with a large play area featuring a seesaw, climbing tower with slide, several different swings, a large trampoline, soccer goal, and sandbox.
There is also a large playhouse, approximately 29 m² in size, with table football, dartboard, and many other play options.
A wooden house with a sauna for up to 6 people, with its own bathroom with shower and toilet, is also located in the garden (sauna use for a fee). There is a separate bike shed for your bicycles.
Right by the house there are plenty of free parking spaces.
For your walk on the beach, handcarts are available to you free of charge.
If you do not want to bring a lot of laundry or would like to do some washing in between, a communal washing machine and a dryer are available in our laundry room (washing machine and dryer for a small fee). You can also book our linen package (bed linen, 1 large towel and 2 small towels) up to the day of arrival. For your stay at the beach, please bring your own towels.
There are 4 holiday apartments in Haus Seewind (Seerose, Seebär, Seepferd and Seestern). Free Wi-Fi is available for you in all holiday apartments.

To the North Sea dike and the "new" approximately 2.5 kilometer long bathing beach "Trischendiekstrand" of Friedrichskoog-Spitze with family beach, dog beach, and nudist beach it is only 800 meters.
Also only 800 meters away is the newly designed spa park with a large festival square for the "Deichfestivals" taking place in July and August, other events and playgrounds, soccer field, etc.

| Due to the very high energy costs, we charge from 08.01.2023 (until further notice) we will charge an energy surcharge of 2,50 € per person and night. This is included in the above seasonal prices. We ask for your understanding. A deposit of 20 % of the rental amount is due within 2 weeks after receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. During the peak summer season from 24 June 2023 to 09 September 2023, the holiday flat can only be booked by the week and arrival is only possible on Saturdays. Outside the holiday periods (Easter, summer, autumn and Christmas holidays), the flat can be booked for 2 nights or more. Friedrichskoog, a place that is a bit sleepy, away from the mass tourism resorts and yet centrally located, inspired us to rent out holiday flats. in 2016, we decided to put all our heart and soul into making sure that you can really enjoy the best time of the year, your holiday, with your family. in 2019, our house was awarded the "Kinderplus" classification by the Schleswig-Holstein Tourism Association as an accommodation property with special suitability for travellers with children.
