Description
Charming Alsatian house classified Gîte de France 3* and furnished tourist accommodation 3 ears of corn, in the centre of the Alsace Wine Route and close to the most typical monuments of the region. Gîte rewarded by the "Trophée clients du réseau Gîtes de France" with the note of 5/5 following the opinions which were deposited which had the pleasure to stay in our house. You will be the only tenants of this accommodation.
On the ground floor there is a room used as a breakfast room for guests wishing to have breakfast, an area for documentation on the region and a place to put your coats, jackets etc... A staircase with a ramp and safety barrier for children will lead you to the living rooms.
On the first floor:
- 1 living room with a sofa bed (140cm), an armchair, a coffee table, a library with many books, a mini-stereo with a charging station for Iphone, a TV (with a CD player), a DVD player and a DVD player
tV (TNT HD) with DVD player (DVDs available for free), board games
- 1 fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, Alsatian table service,
various stoves, mixer etc... open plan kitchen, open to the living room and dining area
- 1 dining area with a large table and 6 chairs. Cupboard for dishes
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200), a baby bed
- 1 second bedroom (2 single beds 90), wardrobe
- 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin, washing machine, storage cupboard for towels provided free of charge.
- 1 separate toilet.
- 1 large private covered terrace with grill and garden furniture, with direct access from the floor.
- 1 patio with table, chairs, bench and children's toys if necessary.
- Parking in the owner's yard. Free baby equipment on request. Please contact us for overnight rates.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is in a quiet location on the Alsace wine route between Obernai and Sélestat. Not far from Colmar and Strasbourg. Its central location allows you to visit all of Alsace, the Vosges and Germany. It is close to the most typical sights of the region such as the Haut Koenigsbourg, the Eagle Volery, the Monkey Mountain, the museums and only half an hour from the famous EUROPAPARK amusement park in Rust, Germany.

In this case, no amount will be due, and any deposit already paid will be fully refunded. Cancellation between 29 and 8 days before arrival: If the cancellation occurs between 29 and 8 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit already paid will remain due and will not be refunded. No additional amount will be required beyond the initial deposit. Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival or no notification of cancellation: If cancellation occurs less than 8 days before the scheduled arrival date, or if the tenant does not show up to occupy the rental, the total amount of the reservation will be due and non-refundable. Shortened Stay: In case of an early departure after the start of the stay, the total amount of the rental remains due to the landlord. No refund will be made for unused days. However, the owner may grant a refund as an exception.

Very beautiful gîte, well decorated and well located to visit Alsace. Nothing is missing and everything is clean.
Independent WC, bathroom with a nice shower.
Washing machine in the bathroom.

One large bedroom for a couple and one bedroom with 2 single beds. A wardrobe in each room and more in the large room. Activities nearby
Pleasant cottage located in a winegrowers' village between Colmar and Strasbourg, on the wine route. Impeccable location to visit the surrounding sites. Possibility to park the car on the property.

Interesting details
Very large covered terrace, large table, 6 chairs, and loungers to relax or take a nap. This terrace is great for having meals outdoors (if you want) while being protected from the sun or rain. It's a real plus that we appreciated and enjoyed every day. We spent 2 weeks on site and we wish to return next year. Hosts always available and very very nice. A lot of documentation available on-site to learn about walks to take and the best sites to visit based on the advice of Simone and Bernard. Very bright and comfortable gîte. Many DVDs, a radio set, and a TV available.

The place is wonderful. The house is very comfortable and clean. The owners are extremely friendly, kind, and welcoming. They really love their guests. Dinner and breakfast were very tasty. Especially a homemade cake!
