The ****Holiday Home WEITBLICK, certified by the German Tourism Association (DTV Object No: 259499), offers you everything you could wish for a relaxing stay in the spa town of Heiligenstadt:
40 sqm living area with fully equipped kitchen: induction and gas stove, oven with microwave, fridge/freezer combination, coffee machine, kettle, toaster … TV and hi-fi system. Air conditioning.
Extensive library. Games for the children. Free Wi-Fi. Two separate bedrooms, one of which has its own shower and WC.
Large bathroom with whirlpool/sound, walk-in shower, WC.
Large terrace with garden with seating area and barbecue/fire pit. Lawn with sun loungers.
Feel free to help yourself to the fruit, vegetables, and herbs in the large garden.
Accessible (no stairs and wide doors) and with bedrooms reduced in electrosmog by mains disconnectors. Suitable for allergy sufferers (through the use of natural building materials such as clay plaster and parquet).
Please therefore understand that, in the interest of subsequent guests, we cannot accept pets.
Free car parking spaces are available. Use of the garage on request (€5/day).

Heiligenstadt in Eichsfeld is located exactly in the center of Germany at the tri-border area of Thuringia/Hesse/Lower Saxony. Conveniently situated on the A38 and A7 with connection to the railway line Kassel-Halle-Erfurt.
The holiday home itself is located in a quiet residential area. The train station is only 200 m from the holiday home, but cannot be heard, as the holiday home is on a hill behind the station.
You will receive a detailed arrival plan upon booking.
Two supermarkets are only approx. 300 m away and easy to reach. The historic town center with numerous restaurants is about 600 m away.
Explore the capital of the Eichsfeld: Heiligenstadt with its over 1000-year history. | The 90 sqm holiday home is ideal for 2 to 4 people, with an additional bed for 2 children possible. Minimum occupancy: 2 people - 2 nights. You can pay in cash or by debit card. Please understand that, in the interest of subsequent guests, we cannot accept pets. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Additional services: An extra bed (large round sofa) for two children aged 6-16 years is charged at €30 per week. A crib can be booked for a flat rate of €10 per stay. Children up to 6 years old stay free of charge if they sleep in their parents' bed. The spa town of Heilbad Heiligenstadt charges guests a spa tax. You will receive guest cards that entitle you to free use of city buses, free or reduced admission to the adventure pool, Vitalpark, city tours, or museums. Persons aged 16 and over pay €2 per day, spa guests, severely disabled persons and their companions €1 per day each. Business travelers do not pay a spa tax. These amounts will be charged by me in addition to the final payment. |

Great accommodation
The apartment was very nice, clean, and well located. The landlord is also super friendly. I fondly remember the time. If I travel to the area again, then certainly back here. ????????????

Super vacation
It was a wonderful vacation. We felt at home from the very first moment in the very nicely furnished holiday home. Very big praise to the landlord. The location is fantastic, you have a great view. You can do something every day from here. We can definitely recommend this house.

A very beautiful holiday home
The holiday home is very modern, spacious, and well-equipped. It was important for us that the house was accessible for people with disabilities. In this house, one can only feel comfortable; nothing is missing. The wonderful library is worth mentioning. We can only recommend the holiday home!
