Full private floor (first floor villa), four-room apartment, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, own terrace and garden. Access to the sea is only a few steps away (about ten meters). Every bedroom is air-conditioned. BBQ available.
Beautiful, stone Mediterranean villa on the very edge of the Adriatic Sea, on the eastern side of the beautiful island of Brač. Built entirely of stone from the island of Brač - the same stone used to build the White House and the historic Diocletian's Palace in Split, along with many other monumental buildings in Dalmatia. The bay on which it is located is peaceful and beautiful, with a crystal clear sea suitable for swimming.
The villa offers views of the bay overlooking Sumartin, Makarska, Biokovo and the island of Hvar. The villa is located in a quiet and private place offering peace and quiet in a beautiful Mediterranean setting, surrounded by centuries-old pine trees, with rosemary and lavender scent.
Private terrace is just a few steps away from the crystal clear sea with a 10 meters away beach for swimming and sunbathing. There is also a boat mooring buoy. With its perfect position in the bay, the villa offers many activities on the sea such as water skiing, diving, fishing and sailing. Just a few minutes walk from the villa, you will enjoy a tasty local restaurant serving delicious homemade cuisine.

a wonderfull villa near the sea
We had a great stay in this ideally located rental, quiet and with direct access to the sea. The small rocky beach faces east, so it is ideal for shade to shelter from the heat in the afternoon (but in the sun in the morning). The owners, friendly and discreet, allowed us to use their sea kayak. Very comfortable bedding.

Very nice
The hosts are really really nice. The place is recommendable for people who love swimming in cristal clear adriatic water along rocks and mediterranean trees . Fenomenal nature. I will come again.
