The "Villa Trüffelgarten" has been completely, authentically and exclusively restored with original materials in the interior and exterior areas. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped large lounge / kitchen area, a covered and an open terrace. A 10 meters large private pool with a panoramic view as well as a natural stone sauna are integrated in the elaborately designed outdoor area. All bedrooms have their own decentralized air conditioning and SAT - TV (LCD). On the covered terrace there is a massive built-in barbecue where grilled and celebrated after heartbreak. The upper terrace also has a fridge, radio / CD player, seating for 8 people and is perfect for spending a romantic night out in the open. The property is about 3000 square meters and is planted with olives.

Location and surroundings of object
The "Villa Traumblick" was built around 1905 in one of the best locations of "Istrian Toscana". It is located in an authentic settlement, which consists of only a few original natural stone houses and is looking for Istria. Here the time seems to have been over 100 years ago. Peaceful and lovely, the houses are nestled on a hamlet with olives and wine. The approx. 3000 sqm property is located near Motovun. The plot is situated in a perfect south-southwest location and is embedded between olives, tangerines, bananas, wine, lavender and fruit directly in front of our doorstep grow the white truffles, which are particularly popular with gourmets. Therefore there are in the immediate vicinity many restaurants and konobas, where this specialty can be eaten at "civilian prices". The range here ranges from simple rural cuisine to star - gastronomy. Since our next neighbor is a truffle-seeker himself, in his season (September - December) almost every day the probably freshest truffles can be bought at a cheap price.
From "Villa Traumblick", towards the north, it is only 3 km to the "Istarske Toplice", one of the largest Croatian thermal baths. In addition to the healing springs, the wellness / beauty center, the sauna and the swimming pool, there is also a polyclinic with dental practices.
The most beautiful beaches of the western coast of Istria are about 20 km away and can be reached by car via a newly built expressway in about 20 minutes.

| The following prices are inclusive, Wifi - Flatrate, parking for 2 cars, tourist tax, water and firewood. Electricity is charged by meter. The kWh costs 0,13 €. A fee of 25, - € per week is charged per pet. On request, the outdoor whirlpool can also be rented during the summer months. (120, - € per week) For the 80, - € are charged. (already included in the travel price) On the day of arrival 250, - € rent deposit is due. The return is made up to the latest 7 days after departure by the landlord by transfer. The statutory VAT of 13% on rental is already included in the travel price. |
