The stylish Villa Maria is a spacious holiday villa with a stunning panoramic view of the sea. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden, the villa offers an ideal blend of comfort, peace, and luxury. On the 700 sqm fenced property, you will find a large pool, an outdoor fireplace, an outdoor shower, and space for three cars. The large covered terrace with garden furniture invites you to relax while enjoying the view of the sea. The distance to the sea is only 1500 meters - close enough for quick access, but far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of hot summer days.
The architecture of the villa reflects the typical coastal style, with the interior traditionally designed and luxuriously appointed. The ground floor of the villa consists of an open living area that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living room is comfortably furnished and features a romantic fireplace, a smart LED TV, and a wireless internet connection, perfect for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen is the heart of the room and comes with all modern appliances you need for a pleasant stay. A dining table for six people is also available. On this floor, there is also a toilet and a storage room. A special feature of the ground floor is the cozy bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet.
On the upper floor, there are two more comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer a magnificent view of the sea. The villa provides you with complete bed linen and towels so that you can feel at home. From the upper terrace, you have a breathtaking view of the sea, the bay, and the picturesque town of Dobrinj, which perfectly completes the holiday experience.

Villa Maria
The villa is perfect, and everything is reachable in 10 minutes. Mr. Hunski is very nice and helpful. Our dog also felt very comfortable. I can recommend the villa and we will also spend our vacation in the villa again. Best regards.

Very beautiful view and very good facilities
We were there in low season and the view, facilities and pool are top
There is enough space for 3 cars and the rooms are also very good. What we really liked was that the kitchen equipment was more than complete. The supermarket within walking distance is also well stocked

Simply dreamlike!
We (2 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful holiday at Villa Maria.
The photos and descriptions on the website really didn't promise too much:
The house and garden are very well maintained, the whole complex is beautiful
The view from the terrace across the pool to the sea and the opposite mainland is fantastic!
The pool is a nice size at 4m x 6m - and clean and warm it was too!
There is everything you need in the house. I would especially like to highlight the great equipment in the kitchen. Everything is really available and in sufficient quantity! In addition to the fridge in the kitchen, there is a large fridge-freezer in an adjoining room, where you will also find the washing machine and dryer. The W-Lan connection is very good and stable. All German channels can be received on the TV. Towels - small and large - are plentiful
Suzan is a small, quiet place, which we personally found very pleasant
50 m next to the house is a tiny little supermarket ("Trgovina") for daily bread. A very large supermarket of the chain "Plodine" with an excellent assortment is located in the direction of Malinska, about 10 minutes away by car
From Suzan you can reach the bay in 5 minutes by car, with a wonderful view from the terrace. To Malinska it takes about 15 minutes, to Krk town about 25 minutes, to Baska 40 minutes
Suzan is also the contact person for all questions around the house, who is very nice and helpful.
All in all, we can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Maria as a holiday home!

Beautiful villa and we loved our stay.
We spent 2 weeks (April / May 2018) in Villa Maria in Suzan (Krk). The villa is beautifully situated on a hill and the view is breathtaking, especially in the early morning hours at sunrise. But also throughout the day. The villa is located in a small quiet village. You can get your daily bread (very good) in a small supermarket about 100m away. The villa is very well equipped and has beautiful furniture. Due to the very good weather. We visited many interesting villages on the island and, above all, some very nice and beautiful beaches. We ate at several good restaurants and we definitely want to recommend the restaurant recommended by the owner. The owner is very friendly and truly a very good host. He really wants you to enjoy his villa and your stay on the island of Krk. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Maria during this period and plan to book again in the coming years.

We stayed at Villa Maria for two weeks (April/May 2018). The villa is beautifully located on a hill with stunning views, especially during sunrise. The peaceful village adds to the charm of the place. You can get your daily bread (very good) in a small supermarket about 100 meters away. The villa is very well equipped and has lovely furniture. Because of the very good weather, we really enjoyed the garden, its terrace, and of course the swimming pool. We visited a lot of interesting villages on the island, and especially some very nice and beautiful beaches. We have eaten in good restaurants and we also want to recommend the restaurant advised by the owner. The owner is very friendly and truly a great host.
