Large well-maintained Mediterranean garden with a covered furnished terrace and a built-in barbecue fireplace. The holiday home is located in a quiet area of "Villa-San-Pietro" - about 2 km away from the idyllic tourist town PULA - in a quiet side street. The nearest beach is "Porto Colombo," about 3 km away. All other beautiful sandy beaches of this region are quickly accessible. The water amusement park "BluFan" is about 1 km away. Shopping, service options, and restaurants are within walking distance in the town or in the nearby PULA.

Distance from CAGLIARI airport is only about 30 km. 30 km - from OLBIA approx. 3 hours by car and ALGHERO approx. 2.5 hours by car.

Thank you very much!

We were very happy with the accommodation and the landlady. We were warmly welcomed on arrival! The accommodation was as clean as I have never experienced in any accommodation before. We were absolutely thrilled by the beauty of the island and especially the food. I definitely recommend this accommodation in Pula with Sandra and hope to enjoy my holiday there again soon
