In our beautiful holiday home you can enjoy much more than the eleven o'clock tea (Frisian: Elführtje)
On the ground floor, you will enjoy a spacious living room with terrace access. For entertainment, there are two flat-screen TVs, a CD radio and a selection of books and games
The open kitchen is equipped with all common electrical appliances, including a dishwasher. The dining area is located in a cosy bay window in front of the kitchen
The two bedrooms and the shower room are on the upper floor. 1 children's travel cot, 1 stair guard, 1 children's toilet seat and 1 children's high chair are available free of charge.
The garden invites you to linger with weatherproof furniture, terrace roofing incl. sun awning / parasol / side awning and a charcoal barbecue.

Location and surroundings of object
The coastal seaside resort of Hooksiel (municipality of Wangerland) with approx. 2100 inhabitants is located on the southern North Sea, the cities of Wilhelmshaven and Jever are only approx. 15 km away
The distance from the holiday home to the extensive sandy beach is between 1 and 4 km, depending on which section of the beach (nudist area, dog beach, textile beach) you want to use. Plenty of free parking spaces are available in front of the dyke
Virtually on our doorstep is the indoor seawater wave pool (approx. 150m).

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir sind schon mehrere Male in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung gewesen und kommen immer gerne wieder.
Neuerdings ist die Terrasse überdacht und eine Seitenmarkise wurde angebracht.
So kann man bei Sonne oder Regen den kleinen Garten genießen.
Ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele sind auch vor Ort.
Der Edeka ist schnell erreichbar und hat alles was man vielleicht vergessen hat.
Immer wieder gerne.

Perfekt für Familien/ super Ausstattung
Das Haus ist perfekte für Familien.
Wir waren mit unserem knapp 2-jährigen Sohn hier.
Es gibt ein Treppenschutzgitter (welches nach einer kurzen Montage befestigt ist), ein Hochstuhl, ausreichend Plastikgeschirr und ein Tritt fürs Bad. Sogar ein Rausfallschutz für das Bett ist vorhanden - auch wenn es für uns noch nicht zum Einsatz kam.
In der Küche befindet sich reichlich Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Schüsseln etc. sodass man nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine anstellen muss.
Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so konnten wir den Nachwuchs auch mal kurz alleine draußen lassen.
Unser Fazit: Das Haus macht einen gepflegten Eindruck, die Lage ist top, die Ausstattung ist super. Die Möbel sehen neu aus.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wohlfühlen in Hooksiel
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung am Ortsrand. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt, ist da. Ein kleiner Garten mit Terrasse, Stellplatz u Strandkorb. Das Haus ist gemütlich u gepflegt, auch für Kinder gut geeignet.

Absolut Top
Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr gut für Familien ausgestattet. Das ganze Ferienhaus ist einfach nur schön...es gibt 2 TV eine Dusche sowie auch Waschmaschine. Im Geräteschuppen steht ein Bollerwagen bereit. Das Ferienhausist 5 Min Fußweg zum Meerwasserschwimmbad entfernt unf ca 20 Min nach Hooksiel Ort.Der Strand ist 10 Min mit dem Auto entfernt und der Besitzer hat einen Strandkorb nähe Strandhaus 1 Dauergemietet also keinen Stress bei der Strandkorb suche. Sehr zu empfehlen das Restaurant was an der Ecke der Strasse liegt direkt 5 Min Fußweg von dem Ferienhaus entfernt genauso wie die Bäckerei und ein Fahrradverleih.
