The 120 m² villa is furnished in a charming rustic style and combines traditional Mediterranean design with modern amenities. Only 1500 meters from the sea, it is close enough for quick access but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of hot summer days. The surroundings are beautifully designed and planted with Mediterranean plants, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Directly next to the villa, there are two fenced parking spaces available, and a brick barbecue invites grill masters to cook outdoors. Next to the grill, there is a covered terrace with a comfortable wooden table and seating for six people—ideal for outdoor meals. A path from the terrace leads to the pool, which is surrounded by Mediterranean plants, including an over 150-year-old olive tree that provides both shade and privacy. The pool measures 20 m² and is complemented by comfortable wooden loungers and an outdoor shower. An additional terrace with lounge furniture on the first floor, accessible via external stairs, offers a magnificent sea view and invites for relaxing hours.
On the ground floor, there is an open space that combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into two additional sleeping places if needed. On cooler days, a fireplace provides cozy warmth, while an LED Smart TV and air conditioning offer modern entertainment and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen forms the heart of the ground floor and is ideal for social cooking evenings. Next to it, there is a dining table ready for six people. Also on the ground floor are a guest toilet and a storage room.
On the upper floor, you will find two inviting bedrooms, both with air conditioning and a beautiful view of the sea. The upper floor also offers a modern bathroom with a shower. Bed linen and towels are also available.

Great vacation!
We had a great family vacation with 3 kids. The location of the accommodation is very quiet and has a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony. Good and straightforward support. Wonderful!

We felt comfortable.
"We spent a week at Villa Rustica (2 adults with 2 children and a dog), and were warmly welcomed by the owners upon arrival. The villa is in tip-top condition and clean, with plenty of towels, firewood, etc. The dog can roam freely in the garden, which is very well secured. The terrace with the pool is a dream, providing plenty of shade so that you can enjoy your meals at the beautiful large table. Right next door is a small supermarket where you can buy bread and other groceries. There isn't much happening in the village itself, so the tranquility here is fantastic. The first beaches are available in about 1.5km, and the first nice beach towards Vrbnik is about 5km away. Large supermarkets are available about 5km away as well. We can really recommend this villa and would gladly come back."
