Beachfront house surrounded with pine trees and only 50 meters from the beach and the sea. This is the only house in radius of 250 meters so you'll have all the peace and privacy you need. Center of the place is 700 meters away. Pebble beach is 150 meters away. Depending on the occupancy, you'll get the apartment that's available at dates you requested.

You can either rent one apartment 4+ 1 (60m2) or entire floor with two apartments 8+2 (120m2). Each apartment is air-conditioned, has two bedrooms, private entrance, shared terrace. Please ask for more details. Thank you.

Miejsce warte polecenia.
Bardzo mili gospodarze.
Opcja dwoch plazy przy domu.
15 minut spacerem do centrum a sam dom na uboczu. Tylko natura i zadnych innych osob
Mozliwosc przykazdu z psem.
Grill, klimatyzacja i tarasik dla dwoch rodzin idealne
Slaby internet ale to czesta sytuacja na Chorwacji. Nie traktuje tego jako wady.

Quiet and perfect holiday

This was a great holiday with wonderful facilities and hospitable people. We have rented the whole floor (2 apartments) for eight nights. In the apartments, we really missed nothing about the furnishings.
The owners are wonderful, hospitable, good people. They will be happy to explain what you can do in the area. Mrs. Jasna and Mr. Otto, thank you for everything. The best recommendations. The best choice we’ve made in Croatia.

Best place in Croatia!

Our stay in the apartments of Jasna and Otto was just amazing! They are super friendly and doing always an extra mile for their guests. They only speak Croatian and German, but it was never a problem to listen fantastic stories about fishing records of Otto and ask for some small advise. We have been travelling to Croatia for many years already, but their house and surrounding location, huge garden, hospitality, sea-front, amazing beaches around, made our best stay ever!

Very quiet solitude vacation

We rented 2 appartments for one week in July. The house is near the forest, which gives fresh feeling in a hot summer. There is a path from Sumartine to the house between olive trees and stone walls, around 15 - 20 min walk to the local grocery store.
There is nothing around the house, which could be fantastic for people who look forward total quiet time. Owners live downstairs, is a nice retired couple, willing to help if necessary. They made us delicious grilled fish / vegetables / potatoes supper.
Driving to house is challenging since Sumartine has very narrow and steep streets. Be aware...and everything will be fine.
Wi-fi is working randomly, not very often.
Air-condition was working very well. Sitting on the terace was very agreable in the evening. The big rocks enterence to the sea might be a little difficult, but it is definitely worth it.
