High-luxurious style villa, completely restored in 2014., offers you full privacy and spaciousness. This spot can be ideal base to explore the diverse variety of Brac coastlines, history spots, interesting viewpoints and its delicious cuisine.

Three floors, 40 meters from the center, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. 40 meters from the sea and 120 meters from the beach. Vast interior, large garden, vast terraces, heated swimming pool with hydro massage (27 m2), internal staircase and unconventional pool shape. External dining area, barbecue and garden furniture by the pool provides you spot where entire family can fulfill precious moments of togetherness.
Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 70 meters, restaurant 100 meters, pebble beach 120 meters away. We have housekeeper which provides following services to the guests: food preparation (on request, extra), pool cleaning and garden maintenance.
Security deposit of €500 must be paid in cash at arrival and is refundable at check-out. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you for understanding.

Idyllic relaxing getaway
location location location. This is the most wonderful place to stay for any family. The best hosts (Ana and Davor) I ever had the pleasure of dealing with on Airbnb. They literally could not do enough for us for the two weeks and everything was made straight forward and easy for us because of them. Always friendly and always smiling!
The property is stunning. Big rooms. Beautiful pool. Stunning views of the harbour from the balcony. 100m from the shops. 50m from all restaurants. 50m from the village beach and within short walking distance of a bunch of other beaches. Will definitely be back here again and do everything to get back in the property. Top marks for everything.

Beautiful house in cosy little harbour
We were 7 adults and one child and had an absolutely lovely stay in this great house in Sumartin. Sumartin is a beautiful little place and perfect if you're looking for some downtime in a non-crowded and cozy environment. Lots of small swimming spots on foot. The house was as great as it looks on the pictures with a quiet and relaxing hang-out area between the pool and the open grill (which we used nearly every day!) Great view from the terrace onto the harbor. Ana and Davor, who rent out the place and did the check-in and check-out, were the loveliest people you will ever meet - very helpful and always attentive to our needs and questions. Tonci also was a great host who always responded promptly to any questions we had prior to the booking and trip. 5 stars easily!

Fantastic villa
Fantastic place
We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic villa. Our host Ana was amazing, even prepared a surprise birthday for our daughter. The villa is right next to the marina with cafes, restaurants and other amenities, yet super quite. It has private swimming pool, great outdoor sitting area and breathtaking sea views. Closest beach is literally 2min walk, however we enjoyed a bit more secluded beach only about 8-10 min walk.

Wonderful villa in a perfect location
Beautifully furnished, tasteful villa with everything you need for a really comfortable stay. The outdoor areas are gorgeous with a stunning view over the harbour and sea. The beach, shops, restaurants and ice cream are minutes away so it’s very easy indeed! Ana was a wonderful host, so charming and friendly and really looked after us. We were given great tips on places to visit and recommendations for food and wine. All great! Highly recommend staying here for a peaceful and relaxing experience. All you need for a perfect stay!
