Description
Due to the new laws in Spain, we can unfortunately only offer you our holiday home for a minimum rental period of 11 days.
This well-equipped holiday home with approximately 110m² of living space and a fenced property of 400 m² has 3 bedrooms, 2 nearly identical shower rooms (one of them en suite), a hallway, a spacious living-dining area, and a large kitchen.
Accessible from outside are the 3 small storage rooms for the washing machine, condensation dryer, heating, and gas bottles. Additionally, there is a carport, a masonry outdoor shower (hot/cold), a brick barbecue, a gas grill, and a small summer kitchen with a new, large plancha and a single gas burner on the property.
There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and in the living area, with an additional ceiling fan in the living room.
All windows and the front door are equipped with grilles and mosquito rollers.
For the colder season, the house has gas central heating. The water is heated by solar and gas.
The large bedroom is equipped with a bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m (two single mattresses),
in the medium bedroom there is a double bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m (two single mattresses), and
in the small bedroom there is a French bed measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m. The spacious kitchen is equipped with: gas cooktop, oven, range hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, mini oven, toaster, regular coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, kettle, electric citrus juicer, slow cooker, blender, waffle iron, egg cooker, etc. (no Thermomix, as shown in the photo!)
There are glasses and dishes for at least 12 people available. In the living space, 6 people can comfortably cozy up on the high-quality genuine leather couch with an additional double stool.
The oval dining table with its six upholstered chairs is also pleasantly sized for a refined meal.
In the covered terrace at the entrance, you will find a solid table with four (another 4 in reserve) sturdy plastic chairs.
The outdoor terrace with a pergola including a side roller blind offers a spacious, sturdy cast aluminum seating group for 6 people. You can wonderfully let your soul dangle on the 4 new (+2) sun loungers by the pool.
Before and after a refreshing swim, feel free to use the brick-built outdoor shower.

Our pool is now equipped with a stainless steel entry aid (handrail) so that even our older or limited mobility guests can use the pool without any problems!
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with us, but they are not allowed on the couch, beds, or in the pool. Further details gladly via email or in a personal phone call.

Els Poblets, a picturesque village near Denia, has an optimal location between the sea and the mountains.
The municipality of the Comunidad Valenciana, with about 3500 inhabitants, is located in the north of the province of Alicante in the Marina Alta region.
It is situated roughly midway between Valencia and Alicante, so you have the choice between two airports if you are not traveling by car. But air travelers should also rent a car to take advantage of the variety of excursion possibilities in the region.
Short trips to Ibiza and Formentera are possible from Denia.
You can reach beautiful, expansive sand or pebble beaches in just a few minutes.

Dreamlike oasis on the Costa Blanca – absolutely recommended
Dreamy oasis on the Costa Blanca – absolutely recommended!
Dreamy holiday home – pure Spanish feeling! We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful holiday home. The house is stylishly furnished, super clean, and perfectly equipped. The absolute highlight is the outdoor area with the dreamy pool. After a day at the beach or sightseeing, the cooling off in our own pool was simply priceless. On the terrace overlooking the pool, it is wonderful to have breakfast and enjoy the Spanish sun. The outdoor kitchen, including a plancha grill, was the absolute highlight of our evenings. The pool caretaker and the gardener were extremely friendly and gave us great tips for restaurants in the area. A huge plus with the Spanish summer temperatures was the excellently functioning air conditioning in the rooms – this allowed us to sleep wonderfully at night. Mr. Martinez and his team are to be highlighted. The briefing, the all-around service, as well as the farewell "Perfect." We will definitely come back!

Vacation on the Costa Blanca in Els Poblets
We were received punctually at the house as agreed, and after a brief explanation and handover of the keys, we were able to enjoy our vacation in a very well-kept and cozy home. The good contact with the landlords as well as the service is noteworthy. The furnishings were also very generous. The air conditioning and the fly screens on the windows and doors, as well as the proximity to the beach and the bakery, were very much to our liking. Supermarkets seem to be around every corner, and a hardware store for beach items, etc., can also be found within a few minutes by car. Highly recommended! Also, the pool and the quality of the water were very, very good.

Wonderful three weeks
We had a great and relaxing time in Els Poblets with six people (4 adults and two children, 7 and 10 years old). The holiday home is quietly located in a tidy residential area and lacks nothing. Insect screens, blinds, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, board games, DVDs, books, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, outdoor shower, plancha. The house is very clean and the pool is checked twice a week (not intrusive). The beautiful (sand) beach, which is never crowded, is less than 5 minutes away by car. The two restaurants in the immediate vicinity make it possible to go out to eat without driving. Shopping options are also reachable within 5 minutes by car, ALDI, Lidl, etc. In Ondara, which is ten minutes away, there are extensive shopping opportunities, including a Decathlon, so if you need a diving mask or swimwear, you will find it right there. The contact with the landlord and also the property manager was very friendly. We can definitely recommend the house and have already done so.

Wonderful break in a beautiful holiday home.
We were at this well-maintained holiday home for the umpteenth time and were able to spend three relaxing weeks there. From the handover of the house by the manager to the pool and garden maintenance, and finally to the final billing and handover to the manager, the process was flawless. For cleanliness, furnishings, and location, we give full marks. We have already booked again.

Beautiful vacation in a well-maintained house
A great, very well-equipped house in a beautiful location. Super clean! The location of the house is perfect for those seeking peace. Beautiful pool and very good garden furniture, umbrellas and grills (gas or coal). Nevertheless, everything is easily accessible. Stone (approx. 1 km) or sandy beach (approx. 2 km), restaurants 500 m to 1.5 km. Arrived by car with bicycles. If you like cycling, you have very good conditions here. Many cycle paths and Spanish drivers are very considerate. Denia center (port), for example, is about 9 km away via a green cycle path. We were here for almost 4 weeks and enjoyed it. Can only recommend it.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus – Spanienfeeling pur! Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet, super sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Das absolute Highlight ist der Außenbereich mit dem traumhaften Pool. Nach einem Tag am Strand oder beim Sightseeing war die Abkühlung im eigenen Pool einfach unbezahlbar. Auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool lässt es sich wunderbar frühstücken und die spanische Sonne genießen. Die Außenküche inklusive Plancha-Grill war das absolute Highlight unserer Abende. Der Poolpfleger sowie der Gärtner waren extrem freundlich und gaben uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt bei den spanischen Sommertemperaturen waren die hervorragend funktionierenden Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern – so konnten wir auch nachts wunderbar schlafen. Hervorzuheben ist Herr Martinez und sein Team. Die Einweisung, der Rundum-Service, sowie die Verabschiedung "Perfekt". Wir kommen garantiert wieder!
Die beiden Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe machen es möglich auch mal Essen zu gehen ohne mit dem Auto zu fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto auch innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen, ALDI, Lidl, etc.. Im zehn Minuten entfernten Ondara gibt es dann noch ausgiebige Shoppingmöglichkeiten, auch ein Decathlon, falls man noch eine Taucherbrille oder Badekleidung benötigt, wird man also direkt fündig. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und auch dem Hausverwalter war sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen und haben es auch schon getan.

Super sauber ! Lage des Hauses ist für jemanden der Ruhe sucht optimal. Schöner Pool und sehr gute Gartenmöbel, Sonnenschirme und Grills (Gas oder Kohle). Trotzdem ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Stein- (ca. 1 km) oder Sandstrand (ca. 2 km), Restaurants 500 m bis 1,5 km. Sind mit dem PKW mit Fahrrädern angereist. Wer gerne radelt hat hier sehr gute Bedingungen. Viele Fahrradwege und die spanischen Autofahrer sind sehr rücksichtsvoll. Denia Zentrum (Hafen) ist z.B. über einen grünen Radweg ca. 9 km entfernt. Wir waren knapp 4 Wochen hier und haben es genossen. Können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Vermieterin legt so großen Wert darauf , dass ihre Gäste sich rundum wohl fühlen .
Wir hatten immer einen sehr netten Kontakt. Vielen Dank dafür .
Auf der sehr schön gestalteten Außenterrasse haben wir uns sehr gerne aufgehalten und der Pool lädt auch nachts zur Erfrischung ins kühle Nass ein. Die Außenküche haben wir gerne genutzt und die Abende unter dem Pavillon ausklingen lassen.
Durch seine Lage erreicht man vom Haus aus schnell verschiedene Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Stadtinnere und dennoch genießt man himmlische Ruhe ohne störenden Lärm oder vorbeifahrende Autos.
Mit der Vermieterin Fr. Sörensen und der Hausverwalterin Fr. Lemke hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt und sie standen uns beide immer zur Seite, wenn irgendwelche Fragen aufkamen oder wir Unternehmungstipps benötigten.
Alles in allem hatten wir einen superschönen, rundum erholsamen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder als Mieter in das Casa Jaqueline.

Das Haus und die Umgebung waren wie beschrieben. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuß war alles gut zu erreichen. Die Terrasse hatte einen wunderschönen Blick in die Natur. Da wir Gastronomen sind, suchten wir die Ruhe aber auch die Nähe von anderen Gastronomischen Einrichtungen.
Ich habe Ihr Haus auch schon weiter empfohlen und hoffe auf ein baldiges wiedersehen.
Nicht zu vergessen. Preislich Top und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr nett und zuverlässig!!!Liebe Grüße auch dahin.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Es ist ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen.
Um unseren kleinen Hund mussten wir uns keine Sorgen machen da das Grundstück ringsrum geschlossen ist.
Wir hatten viel Ruhe und Entspannung.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und wenig Verkehr.

Einfach nur zu empfehlen !
Es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße jedoch zentral für Besorgungen und Einkäufe im Ort. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, ein Zeitungsladen sowie Restaurants sind fußläufig bequem zu erreichen.
Das Haus sowie die Außenanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Es findet sich alles in dem Haus, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders die großzügige offene Küche mit ihrem Interieur, hatte es uns angetan und es machte uns eine große Freude, in dieser Küche das Essen zuzubereiten.
Unser Hund hat sich dort auch sehr wohl gefühlt, weil man von dort aus sehr schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen kann.
Wir kennen die Costa Blanca schon seit 40 Jahren und haben auch schon sehr viele und schöne Ferienhäuser dort bewohnt. Aus diesem Grunde haben wir Erfahrung gesammelt und können uns wirklich ein Urteil erlauben und behaupten, dass die Casa Jaqueline mit zu den schönsten Ferienhäusern gehört. Auch war der Kontakt zu den Vermietern stets sehr angenehm. Wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht.
Die Betreuung durch Familie Lemke hat auch reibungslos geklappt, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.
