Description

Due to the new laws in Spain, we can unfortunately only offer you our holiday home for a minimum rental period of 11 days.

This well-equipped holiday home with approximately 110m² of living space and a fenced property of 400 m² has 3 bedrooms, 2 nearly identical shower rooms (one of them en suite), a hallway, a spacious living-dining area, and a large kitchen.
Accessible from outside are the 3 small storage rooms for the washing machine, condensation dryer, heating, and gas bottles. Additionally, there is a carport, a masonry outdoor shower (hot/cold), a brick barbecue, a gas grill, and a small summer kitchen with a new, large plancha and a single gas burner on the property.
There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and in the living area, with an additional ceiling fan in the living room.
All windows and the front door are equipped with grilles and mosquito rollers.
For the colder season, the house has gas central heating. The water is heated by solar and gas.
The large bedroom is equipped with a bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m (two single mattresses),
in the medium bedroom there is a double bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m (two single mattresses), and
in the small bedroom there is a French bed measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m. The spacious kitchen is equipped with: gas cooktop, oven, range hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, mini oven, toaster, regular coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, kettle, electric citrus juicer, slow cooker, blender, waffle iron, egg cooker, etc. (no Thermomix, as shown in the photo!)
There are glasses and dishes for at least 12 people available. In the living space, 6 people can comfortably cozy up on the high-quality genuine leather couch with an additional double stool.
The oval dining table with its six upholstered chairs is also pleasantly sized for a refined meal.
In the covered terrace at the entrance, you will find a solid table with four (another 4 in reserve) sturdy plastic chairs.
The outdoor terrace with a pergola including a side roller blind offers a spacious, sturdy cast aluminum seating group for 6 people. You can wonderfully let your soul dangle on the 4 new (+2) sun loungers by the pool.
Before and after a refreshing swim, feel free to use the brick-built outdoor shower.

Our pool is now equipped with a stainless steel entry aid (handrail) so that even our older or limited mobility guests can use the pool without any problems!

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with us, but they are not allowed on the couch, beds, or in the pool. Further details gladly via email or in a personal phone call.

Location and surroundings of object

Els Poblets, a picturesque village near Denia, has an optimal location between the sea and the mountains.
The municipality of the Comunidad Valenciana, with about 3500 inhabitants, is located in the north of the province of Alicante in the Marina Alta region.
It is situated roughly midway between Valencia and Alicante, so you have the choice between two airports if you are not traveling by car. But air travelers should also rent a car to take advantage of the variety of excursion possibilities in the region.
Short trips to Ibiza and Formentera are possible from Denia.
You can reach beautiful, expansive sand or pebble beaches in just a few minutes.

Arrival and departure day from June to September is Saturday, during the rest of the time by arrangement.
In addition to the rental price (incl. end cleaning), which you can calculate using the price calculator, the following costs may be added depending on the requirements. Electricity according to consumption 0.45 € per kW/h
Gas according to consumption 5.20 € per kg (gas meter available)
Water 2,- € per person. P. and week
Fee for dog: 30 € per dog and stay

If needed, laundry package (bed linen, towels, washcloths) per person 20 € one-time
Beach towels should be brought by yourselves

If needed, Internet via Wi-Fi 15 € per week

If you would like to rent our house for a longer period in winter, we have the following offers from 01.11. - 30.03.:
from 1 month rental period €1400 per month plus all additional costs
from 2 months rental period €1300 per month plus all additional costs
However, we mostly use the house ourselves during the winter season; it is only available for winter rental if we are unable to use it. Please check the calendar.

Wonderful three weeks

We had a great and relaxing time in Els Poblets with six people (4 adults and two children, 7 and 10 years old). The holiday home is quietly located in a tidy residential area and lacks nothing. Insect screens, blinds, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, board games, DVDs, books, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, outdoor shower, plancha. The house is very clean and the pool is checked twice a week (not intrusive). The beautiful (sand) beach, which is never crowded, is less than 5 minutes away by car. The two restaurants in the immediate vicinity make it possible to go out to eat without driving. Shopping options are also reachable within 5 minutes by car, ALDI, Lidl, etc. In Ondara, which is ten minutes away, there are extensive shopping opportunities, including a Decathlon, so if you need a diving mask or swimwear, you will find it right there. The contact with the landlord and also the property manager was very friendly. We can definitely recommend the house and have already done so.

Wonderful break in a beautiful holiday home.

We were at this well-maintained holiday home for the umpteenth time and were able to spend three relaxing weeks there. From the handover of the house by the manager to the pool and garden maintenance, and finally to the final billing and handover to the manager, the process was flawless. For cleanliness, furnishings, and location, we give full marks. We have already booked again.

Beautiful vacation in a well-maintained house

A great, very well-equipped house in a beautiful location. Super clean! The location of the house is perfect for those seeking peace. Beautiful pool and very good garden furniture, umbrellas and grills (gas or coal). Nevertheless, everything is easily accessible. Stone (approx. 1 km) or sandy beach (approx. 2 km), restaurants 500 m to 1.5 km. Arrived by car with bicycles. If you like cycling, you have very good conditions here. Many cycle paths and Spanish drivers are very considerate. Denia center (port), for example, is about 9 km away via a green cycle path. We were here for almost 4 weeks and enjoyed it. Can only recommend it.

Wonderful vacation

A beautiful, perfectly equipped house in a beautiful location.
Super clean!
We felt very very comfortable for 3 weeks.
Nothing is missing.
The landlady attaches so much importance to ensuring that her guests feel completely comfortable.

Very well equipped holiday home in a prime location.

We had a very nice holiday at Casa Jacqueline with our two children. The house is very clean and fully equipped. The location is almost perfect: you can reach different beaches (pebble or sandy beach) and restaurants in a short time. Dénia is only a few minutes away by car. It is also absolutely suitable for those seeking peace and quiet: no noisy neighbors or "permanent parties". We had no complaints and will definitely come back.
