ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
Entire house with full privacy for up to 18 people, consisting of five apartments on three floors: 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 5 terraces, BBQ area, 4 parking spaces. Nearest beach is merely 50 meters away. Pebble beach about 150 meters away.

Ideal for a large group of friends and families. A deposit of €500 is required upon check-in.

We also rent flats separately, so act quickly and book the whole house now.

The house consists of total 5 apartments: two on the first floor, one large on the second floor and two in the attic (third floor).

ATTIC (accommodates 6 people):
Apartment 1: 60m2, kitchen, living/dining room with sofa for one person, bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed, bathroom and terrace with great view.

Studio apartment: 60m2, kitchen, living/dining room with sofa for one person and king size bed, bathroom. Beautiful view from the window in the living room.

Spacious apartment: 170m2, living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, second large dining room with long balcony and beautiful sea views. Three additional people can sleep on two large sofas.

Apartment 1: 80m2, kitchen with dining room, living room with sofa for two people, bedroom with a king-size bed and two single beds, bathroom and terrace.

Huge balcony with a view

We had a perfect holiday in AP6+3, a very spacious balcony with a magnificent view, the kitchen is smaller but well-equipped, the rooms clean, the host Andrija was very helpful and attentive. The beach is accessible by a few steps directly below the house, we were almost alone there. There are two beach bars nearby, the sea is clean. We were very satisfied, I can only recommend it.

Top holiday , we will be back.

We were in Croatia for the first time and did not regret it, it was a lovely holiday. We had more than enough space in the house with 12 people. Well-equipped kitchen, clean bed linen, large barbecue outside - everything was nice. The only thing that bothered us a bit were the stairs to the beach. You have to be prepared for that if you have small children with you. But the beaches in the area were almost empty, which was the main thing for us. Many thanks to the owner Mr Kozina and to Tonci Pet. See you next time

A little piece of heaven

I spent a delightful week in this house with 17 of my friends. We had the best time of our lives. The property is exactly as shown on the pictures, the view is even prettier if possible. Our contact Tonci was incredibly helpful and flexible, and the housekeeper, Mrs. Ljubica was super helpful the whole time. We had a wonderful time, and I would recommend this property to everyone, first time in Croatia or regular visitors. The grill is a great addition, we used it every day. It not only helped us save some money, it's also very atmospheric to have your breakfasts under a beautiful fig tree.
10/10.

Perfect for a big family getaway

We stayed eight days at this villa with extended family from the United States, Romania, and the UK. It was very spacious and accommodated all of us very well. Tonci and Lubita were very welcoming and friendly, and had great suggestions on what to check out in the area. We had an issue with a car repair and Lubita was very helpful in getting us in touch with a good garage to have it fixed.
The outdoor patio under the fig tree with the grill was perfect for evenings. The view from the balcony is tremendous. Also, there were some very beautiful spots to swim in the sea just down the steps from the villa. Having individual rooms for everyone as well as a lot of common areas also was nice - you could have all the privacy you need or join in with everyone whenever you choose. All in all a great place run by some super people !

Quiet place on the island of Brãc

We were a group of 12 renting two floors of this house in summer 2018. The renting si located in a very quiet neighborhood of the port of Sumartin, west of the Island of Brãc. The house was clean, with good accomodation for a big group (dish washer, air conditionned). We enjoyed the barbecue place as well, under the shade of a big tree. There is a magnificient view of the sea from the terrace . The house is 30 min by walk from the port or 5 minutes by car. The only drawback of this renting is that you have to use stairs to reach the sea, so it's better to be in a good health when you have to come back after to the house (almost 150 stairs to climb).

Nice Quiet Place

We were 18 family members from the US and Norway, and we were fortunate enough to spend two weeks at this wonderful property. The house is divided into apartments, which worked very well for our families. Every family had there own private apartments, but we would all spend time together by the large BBQ or on the panoramic view deck. Pavla was a wonderful host and went out of her way to make our stay memorable. Place was spotless and had everything we needed. Any concerns were taken care of promptly. Would highly recommend this property if you're looking for a more quiet (not city and shopping in Sumartin) vacation for a large group. We loved it.

Great villa for groups!!

Except for the living room and the veranda it is not the most modern house, but still very modern and beautiful. Everything was clean and if we asked for help it came immediately.
To get to the beach you just have to go down some stairs(30seconds) and you are there.
Location is very nice. It is a nice little village where you can get everything you need from a supermarket andyou can also rent quads!
Beaches and nature is very beautiful too and the view from the house, too.
Everybody is nice. You just have to look out for one neighbour. But as long as you dont scream at night and just play a little bit of music outside at night it is all fine.
If you want to party you can drive with the taxi (very cheap) to Bol. I am sure you will have your fun as we did.
