Description
Berliner Strasse and the adjoining Deepenweg are quiet cul-de-sacs in the best location of Schönberger Strand. You are in a quiet second row.
On the other side, you can reach the beach on foot in 100 metres. It is only a few steps to the "fishermen's huts" on the dyke. You can take full advantage of what Schönberger Strand has to offer, but have your peace and quiet "at home".
The Kiek Ut was newly built in 2016.
It is divided in such a way that the large bedrooms and a large shower room with washing machine and dryer are located on the ground floor, while the large kitchen-cum-living room with adjoining balcony, a bathroom with bathtub and the living room with large, sheltered roof terrace are located on the upper floor.
From the kitchen, our Kiek Ut, you have a beautiful sea view in several places, as well as from the attached balcony.
All rooms are generously proportioned, bright and friendly.
The living room faces south and looks out into nature. The sun terrace is sheltered and warms up immediately in the sun.
The Kiek Ut has a new high-quality fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, high-set oven, etc.
On the entrance side of the house there is an "inner courtyard", which can be accessed from the outside and is lockable. Here you can store bicycles, inflatable boats, surfboards etc.. However, the patio also has a western exposure.
As with all our accommodations, we constantly renovate, paint, check beds and mattresses, inspect kitchens and equipment and replace them regularly if necessary, and contrary to some other experiences, we really clean EVERYTHING thoroughly before your arrival. Actually, this should not be worth mentioning, but we know from our own holiday experience that this is unfortunately not always the case.
If something is not right or defective, we are also available on site and there for you. We promise!

Location and surroundings of object
Schönberger Strand - directly on the Baltic Sea. The next largest town is Kiel.
A small holiday resort with a museum railway station and many events during the season !
In the holiday home there are various brochures about different leisure activities at the Baltic Sea. E.g. , the naval memorial in Laboe, the seawater swimming pool in Laboe, the museum railway in Schönberg, Hansaland in Lübeck.
Golf: Several beautiful golf courses such as Hohwacht, Uhlenhorst, Kitzeberg or Harvighorst can be reached within 45 minutes !
Berliner Strasse is a dead-end street. It is quiet but still centrally located. The beach is 100 metres away. The dike entrance is directly opposite Berliner Strasse.

In case of cancellation from 14 days before arrival, you are liable for 100% of the basic rent. Should the accommodation be re-rented, the entire basic rent of the re-letting will be offset/refunded to you. We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!

Super holiday home with many extras
A super nice and wonderfully furnished holiday home in a quiet location with sea view.
Very suitable for children of all ages.
The house is very well maintained and nothing was missing.
It was a lot of fun and we look forward to a reunion.
