We have a 7-night minimum stay policy. To help us keep our calendar nicely organized without short empty gaps, we prefer reservations that connect directly with other guest dates (back-to-back check-ins and check-outs).
Our maximum capacity is set at 10 guests. However, if you are a group of 11 or 12, please drop us a line – we’d love to see if we can make it work for you.

Spanning across 340 m², our property features three charming apartments alongside a spacious main unit on the ground floor, which opens up directly to the pool area. Designed to offer comfortable and contemporary living for 10 to 12 guests, the villa is a sanctuary of complete privacy.
Here, you can relax by your private, heated pool (30 m²) available 24/7, enjoy social gatherings around the BBQ, or unwind on one of the several terraces. The magnificent sea view from the main terrace is a breathtaking experience you truly won't want to miss.

Villa Rosanda - a true gem for a relaxing family holiday!
The **Villa Rosanda** in Selca on the beautiful island of Brac is a true gem for a relaxing family vacation. The villa is modern yet incredibly cozy, making you feel at home right away. With plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, it is perfect for large families. Everyone can find their own retreat here without it ever feeling cramped.
The amenities of the villa leave nothing to be desired. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. From the modern kitchen to the stylishly furnished bedrooms – every detail has been considered. Particularly noteworthy is the short walk to the beach, which can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The pool is another highlight, especially for the children, who can enjoy hours of bathing fun here. Another great plus is the host, who proves to be extremely caring and friendly. He is always there to offer advice and assistance, ensuring that the guests lack nothing. Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful vacation in this house. This house is beautiful, big, clean and cozy.
In the kitchen is everything needed for cooking
There is a large table on the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. There is an infinity pool, showers and sunbeds on the garden. Rooms are very nice,clean and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom. The owner was great and friendly. Thank you for perfect vacation

Super nice villa
The villa was just perfect, very clean and high quality. We were a group of 12, for this number of people the layout was still very spacious. Tonci and his mum barbecued for us 2 times, which was super tasty. The proximity to the sea was also perfect. We would come again in a heartbeat. :) @Tonci: thank you for everything!

Die Ausstattung der Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden. Von der modernen Küche bis hin zu den stilvoll eingerichteten Schlafzimmern – es wurde an jedes Detail gedacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der kurze Weg zum Strand, der in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Der Pool ist ein weiteres Highlight, insbesondere für die Kinder, die hier stundenlangen Badespaß genießen können.
Ein weiteres großes Plus ist der Gastgeber, der sich als äußerst fürsorglich und freundlich erweist. Er steht jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und sorgt dafür, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Alles in allem ist die Villa Rosanda ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil für alle, die eine moderne, komfortable und großzügige Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage suchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich kann die Insel und vorallem das schöne Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Die Natur und die wahnsinns Aussicht bleibt unvergesslichen.

All in all we had an amazing time and we can very much recommend the house.
Brac is a gem, a big discovery for us.
This was an amazing clean and vast villa with plenty of space for our extended family of nine. The view was spectacular and the pool was great, and even though it was bad whether we used it quite a lot thanks to the heating. And we were delighted to find the five bicycles for us to use.
The neighborhood seem to have a couple of nice restaurants and beach cafes a short walk away, but unfortunately they were all closed during our stay due to low season.
We especially want to emphasize the fantastic three course locally produced dinner that Rosanda cocked for us with heart and soul. This is already a precious memory for us.

Lots of bath rooms, well equipped kitchen, good outdoor space and a nice pool.
We also loved to have the bikes avaialble to us to go in to town for shopping.
Can also higly recommned the two close by restaurants and the beach bar.
