Your booking (arrival date) must begin on the departure date of the previous booking and/or end on the arrival date of the next booking (departure date).

The maximum capacity is 10 people. However, if you are traveling with eleven or twelve people, please contact us.

****Detailed Description****

The villa consists of three apartments and a large unit on the ground floor, which also includes a swimming pool. The total area is 340 m². The property offers comfortable and modern accommodations for 10–12 people. It features a private, 24-hour heated pool (30 m²), several terraces, three kitchens, six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a covered garage (120 m²), a barbecue area, and offers complete privacy. The magnificent sea view from the terrace is an absolute must-see.

Each bedroom and accommodation has air conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is covered via Starlink.

All accommodations are equipped with a safe and a washing machine. Four bicycles and two Segway F3 electric scooters are available free of charge.

Boat moorings are 40 meters away.

The **Villa Rosanda** in Selca on the beautiful island of Brac is a true gem for a relaxing family vacation. The villa is modern yet incredibly cozy, making you feel at home right away. With plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, it is perfect for large families. Everyone can find their own retreat here without it ever feeling cramped.

The amenities of the villa leave nothing to be desired. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. From the modern kitchen to the stylishly furnished bedrooms – every detail has been considered. Particularly noteworthy is the short walk to the beach, which can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The pool is another highlight, especially for the children, who can enjoy hours of bathing fun here. Another great plus is the host, who proves to be extremely caring and friendly. Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful vacation in this house. This house is beautiful, big, clean and cozy.
In the kitchen is everything needed for cooking
There is a large table on the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. There is an infinity pool, showers and sunbeds on the garden. Rooms are very nice,clean and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom. The owner was great and friendly. Thank you for perfect vacation

Super nice villa

The villa was just perfect, very clean and high quality. We were a group of 12, for this number of people the layout was still very spacious. Tonci and his mum barbecued for us 2 times, which was super tasty. The proximity to the sea was also perfect. We would come again in a heartbeat. :) @Tonci: thank you for everything!

Best holiday we have had in years

The villas was more than we had expected, it was amazing! Beautiful stone, bedrooms and outdoor area with more than enough space for the 10 of us staying. The view from the pool was excellent and the 2min walk down to the ocean was an absolute bonus. Plus the swim spot at the bottom was arguably our favourite of all the swim spots and beaches we visited whilst in Croatia.

Tommy and his Mama were super friendly and loving and the dinner they provided was an incredible treat. Thank you so much!!

Super nice dream house with very nice and flexible landlords

The house is beautiful and clean. The landlord was always there when we had questions or requests and fulfilled everything. The plants were regularly watered by the landlord's mother and the very beautiful and large stone oven was regularly cleaned, so that we could enjoy the holiday in a relaxed way

I can only recommend the island and especially the beautiful house. The nature and the amazing view will remain unforgettable.

Beautiful house in great location

We had a family vacation with 3 families at the house (including 5 children). The house is perfectly designed for a vacation together whilst you have space for yourself. The house and the pool are almost even nicer than on the pictures. The beach is 5 min walk away with a cosy beach cafe. The area is very quiet. The town is very charming but not so much happening. But there are a couple of nice restaurants with great food so For us that was perfect.
Last but not least the service was great! The host Tonci was very helpful and friendly.
All in all we had an amazing time and we can very much recommend the house.

Fantastic villa with lots of space and good amenities

We can highly recommend villa Rosanda..

This was an amazing clean and vast villa with plenty of space for our extended family of nine. The view was spectacular and the pool was great, and even though it was bad whether we used it quite a lot thanks to the heating. And we were delighted to find the five bicycles for us to use.

The neighborhood seem to have a couple of nice restaurants and beach cafes a short walk away, but unfortunately they were all closed during our stay due to low season.

We especially want to emphasize the fantastic three course locally produced dinner that Rosanda cocked for us with heart and soul. This is already a precious memory for us.

Amazing villa

The villa was perfect for our two families of five. The pool was great with incredible views over the sea. It was all very clean and well stocked with loads of bedding and kitchen equipment. Maria and Tommy were always on hand to help with anything. The location was perfect for us with plenty of swimming options in the crystal clear water off the rocks, a two minute walk away and two great cafes on the rocks next to the sea open all day. Altogether a really fantastic villa!!

Alles perfekt

Dear Mr Tonci, we arrived back home and are still full of memories of your great vacation home. You can tell the owners have created everything with a lot of love and care and maintenance. The establishment of very high quality from the bed started to the bathroom, kitchen, swimming pool have exceeded our expectations. The view from the upper terrace of the pool to the sea is fantastic. Like, we can recommend this cottage to all interested parties.
