Great accommodation located directly in the pedestrian zone of Cattolica. The apartment is modernly furnished, offers plenty of space, a modern bathroom, and a large balcony. Special praise goes to the landlord. Furthermore, he picks up and greets the guests already from the exit on the highway upon arrival and immediately takes care of all matters. We are very grateful for the generous help with the car breakdown and subsequent assistance with the repair, even with pick-up and translation! We would love to come back!!!

Summer vacation in Italy

We stayed in Cattolica for a week. We felt very comfortable in the vacation home. The house is very well-maintained and well-equipped. We liked its central location and the short distance to the beach. The host Matteo is very friendly and dedicated. We will gladly come back!

Very beautiful holiday

The contact was made by e-mail. Afterwards, it was quite uncomplicated via WhatsApp. The host is very nice and speaks German quite well. He is very friendly and explains everything at the beginning and also shows important places on the city map. He is always available. The flat is in the centre and only a few metres from the beach and the town centre. Everything is within walking distance. Completely sufficient for two people and very tidy. We had a very nice stay in Cattolica.

Simply perfect!

Dream vacation in beautiful Cattolica❤️
It was simply perfect all around.
We were warmly welcomed by Matteo and his wife Monica Simoncelli. Matteo was always there as a contact person for us.
We booked Villa Mezzogiorno. A wonderfully well-kept and clean house, very tastefully decorated in a perfect central location. Everything you need is available.
Step outside the house and you are right in the heart of Cattolica (bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, etc...)
A few steps further and you are right by the sea, where there is a lot to offer (pools, table tennis, volleyball, water sports, playgrounds...).
We will definitely come back ❤️

Super nice holiday

Beautiful small holiday apartment, not far from the beach in the pedestrian area. Everything you need is within walking distance. We didn't need the car at all during the week. Beautiful vacation in Cattolica

The Pentecost holidays are over again, today we unfortunately had to leave. I would have liked to stay longer with my husband and 4 kids. The vacation apartment is great, clean especially and equipped with everything necessary. With 4 kids, the washing machine was a dream.

For organizational reasons, we had two apartments. Scirocco and Grecale. The first apartment is highly recommended. Very bright, very friendly, very clean. Despite being so close to the pedestrian zone/shopping street, it is very quiet. Matteo picked us up directly at the highway upon arrival, a great service. A small tip. Matteo could provide a household package (for a fee). Salt shaker, detergent, dishcloth, etc.

Maximal stars because it delivers what it promises. We stayed in this apartment in Cattolica in September 2018, and it was exactly as described on the website. A big advantage is that Matteo is almost always reachable via WhatsApp, so he is available to offer advice and assistance if needed. The apartment is very well-maintained and has all the comforts of home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely come back again. Pure relaxation vacation and something for every taste, a few minutes to go shopping, walk to the sea in the evening which is actually right in front of the door, or sit in a cozy beach bar and enjoy life and activity in a few minutes. We can only recommend this apartment, even at the risk that it will be booked more and we may not get some dates in the future... :-(

Absolutely recommended

Great house with fantastic amenities. Everything was super clean and hygienic. Matteo thought of everything and was always available to us. He gave us helpful tips on activities and more. The accommodation itself is perfectly located, right in the city center and only about 10 meters from the great shopping street. Here you can find everything. Supermarket, shops, souvenir shops, numerous ice cream parlors, restaurants, and bars. The beach is just a short walk away and very well-maintained. Dogs and children are welcome everywhere and at all times. Absolutely recommended. We will definitely come back. Keep it up.

The location is excellent. Only a few steps to the sea.

Wonderful family holiday

We had a very nice family holiday in Italy - everything was just perfect. When we arrived, Mattheo was already waiting for us at the motorway exit to take us to our holiday flat and on the way there he showed us where the next shop was and the way to the beach. The flat was very nice and above all very well maintained and clean. Mattheo was fortunately available 24 hours a day - our little daughter unfortunately had an accident and broke her collarbone. From the way to the hospital to calls to medical supply stores, he helped us everywhere and even after our holiday checked again if she was doing well. Simply a person with heart and love for his profession. The place itself is also very beautiful and everyone was very nice. The beach was a dream and everyone was very nice and accommodating. When we wanted to book an extra day at the beach because we spent the previous one at the hospital, we got it as a gift without asking. We didn't expect it and certainly didn't ask for it - so we were all the more pleased that the staff at the stand were also so nice and obliging.
We will definitely be back. The children have been talking about our next holiday with Mattheo and his family since we left. Thank you again for this wonderful time.

With a group of five people, we wanted to enjoy the MotoGP weekend in Cattolica (September). When searching for a suitable accommodation, we quickly came across the offer from La Rosa dei Venti. Shortly after I made the inquiry, Matteo contacted me via email. To my delight, Matteo spoke very good German! Over the following weeks, I was in regular contact with Matteo to clarify further details. This first contact already gave us the feeling that we had chosen the right apartment. I have never encountered such a dedicated landlord in all my travels. After landing in Bologna and being on our way to Cattolica with our transfer taxi, I called Matteo. He offered to pick us up at the highway exit. When we arrived at the apartment, the good first impression was immediately confirmed. The apartment is located in a neat and very clean house on a small side street. The apartment itself also fulfills everything you need for a nice time. In addition to the large comfortable double bed, there were two very comfortable sofa beds on which two people could also sleep. Matteo explained all the functions of the apartment in detail (use of the gas stove, connection to the WLAN, etc.). Furthermore, he explained to us which events were scheduled for the weekend and how we could get there. Finally, Matteo gave us his contact details so that we could reach him 24 hours a day with any questions. Cattolica offers many good restaurants and bars. It is recommended to explore the small side streets to get away from the tourist hustle and enjoy authentic Italian cuisine! We also really liked the order and cleanliness of the apartment. We use the spacious balcony of the apartment every evening to end the day. Thanks a lot, Matteo.

The apartment fully met our tastes. It was a great holiday in a spacious, nicely furnished apartment (we especially liked that there was a dishwasher and an energy-efficient gas stove), which completely satisfied our needs. Our family (2 adults, 3 children aged 6, 10, and 12) had arrived by train, and Matteo offered to pick us up at Cattolica train station. During the journey to the apartment accompanied by Matteo, he immediately showed us where we could find the nearest supermarket (which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment and offers everything you would expect from home, including a large meat counter with delicious treats). We had already had nice contact with the landlord via email before our arrival. Everything is easy, Matteo speaks very good German! The apartment was clean and well ventilated. Even outside in the small paved courtyard overlooking the flowers and neighbors' courtyards, one could sit and eat comfortably. We especially liked the location. Right in the center and right on the beach. The most beautiful, well-equipped beaches with pools are simply fantastic, gently sloping sandy beaches with various animations, water games, playgrounds, beach sports, which my children are in love with! Tourist center and the life of Italians were well experienced by us in this way, which delighted us. We found this rather beautiful because it gave us the feeling of being in the midst of Italian life. We also undertook several excursions, so we returned home completely happy and satisfied with beautiful vacation memories, to which our holiday apartment certainly contributed a great deal. No wish remained unfulfilled in the 2 weeks. For me, heaven on earth! Thank you very much Matteo and Monica!

Cattolica... simply wonderful! We felt at home right away.

We had a very nice stay in Cattolica and were more than satisfied. We, that is 2 adults and two children aged 2 and 3 years. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean and bright. Thanks to the elevator, it is also no problem when you are out with a stroller. The location is just perfect (only a few meters to the beach) as the apartment is located directly on the bustling promenade, you practically just have to step out of the door. But despite the lively promenade, it has never been noisy in the rooms. Matteo, the owner, is simply great and very helpful. On the first day, he sat down with us and drew on a map where and what is nearby, saying: if we have any questions, we can call him 24 hours a day (via WhatsApp). Matteo is a great host, and no matter what problem you have, he solves it. We were so satisfied that we want to come back again and have already booked for next year.
