Our apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance.
The 73m² living space provides ample room to feel comfortable, even during longer stays.
The 36m² living room is divided into a living and dining area. The comfortable couch can be converted into a full-size bed for 2 people, 1.80m x 2.00m.
The dining area has enough space for 4 guests.
In good weather, you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol. It is covered and can thus be used even in "Hamburg weather".
The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, elevated oven, and various small appliances such as an egg cooker, coffee machine, Senseo coffee pod machine, toaster, mixer, and kettle. The refrigerator has a 3* freezer compartment.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 1.80m x 2.00m, and adjustable slatted frames in the head and foot areas. Sufficient closet space is available, even for a longer stay.
The bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower for relaxation.
All windows have electric exterior shutters.
The underfloor heating provides a comfortable atmosphere in all rooms.
Your bicycles are secure in our lockable bike cellar. Minor repairs can also be performed here.

You live centrally. A car is not required. All shops, banks, pharmacies, restaurants and a weekly market that takes place twice a week are within walking distance.
The train station with the S-Bahn line S3 (Hamburger Verkehrsverbund) is just a stone's throw away. Within 30 minutes you are in the city center.
The nearest motorway junction of the A7, Hamburg-Heimfeld, can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, as can the access to the A1 in Rade.
Hamburg Airport is connected to the S-Bahn lines S1 and S3.
"Hamburg my pearl", most beautiful city and gateway to the world.
Enjoy a twilight cruise on the Alster or through the historic warehouse district. Visit the Krameramtsstuben, one of the few rows of houses that have survived from the 17th century. Board the Rickmer Rickmers, built in 1896 and anchored in the port of Hamburg since 1987. Shop on Hamburg's most popular promenade, the Jungfernstieg, with a wonderful view of the Alster. And last, but not least, the Reeperbahn and our "Elphi" should not be missing. Hamburg offers something for every taste, from the St. Pauli Theater to Schmidt's to the strip club.
Sporty active guests will of course also get their money's worth when cycling around the Alster, on the Elbe cycle path or hiking on the Via Baltica.
Just visit dear friends, indulge your wanderlust at the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken, or dream of your last vacation in the Portuguese quarter with a vino tinto. Everything is possible in Hamburg.

The surrounding area of Hamburg also has a lot to offer.
Buxtehude, where the dogs bark with their "tails" or the Altes Land, the largest closed fruit-growing area in Northern Europe and not only beautiful when the fruit trees are in blossom.
The Fischbeker Heide with a gliding airfield and the start of the 223 km long Heidschnucken hiking trail, the Black Mountains wildlife park and the Kiekeberg open-air museum. They are other destinations in the vicinity.
A day trip to the Lüneburg Heath is particularly worthwhile when the heather is in bloom.

We immediately felt comfortable in the very clean, well-equipped, and tastefully furnished apartment. Shops for daily needs, bakeries, restaurants, and specialty stores are conveniently within walking distance. The proximity to the train station is a big plus. You can't hear anything from the trains; they are so quiet. An ideal place for excursions by car or train in the area. Hamburg is about... Accessible by train in 40 minutes, you can reach the coast in Cuxhaven by car in about 1 hour. All in all, we are very satisfied and would like to sincerely thank the wonderful hosts.

Nachfolgende Gäste können sich somit ein Bild von der Ausstattung und der Lage der Wohnung machen.
Wir haben für unsere neuen Fenster Schallschutzfenster mit Außenrollläden, im Herbst auch für das große Wohnzimmerfenster, gewählt. Damit sollte einem ungestörten Schlaf nichts mehr im Wege stehen.
Dank Ihrers Kommentars scheint es ja funktioniert zu haben.
Von uns aus sind Sie nicht nur schnell in Cuxhaven an der Nordsee, sondern auch in ca. 1,5 Std. an der Ostsee oder der Lüneburger Heide. Auch das Alte Land ist immer wieder sehenswert.
Es gibt also noch viel zu entdecken.

Very nice clean accommodation
We are not in the vacation rental until 20.01.2024. We are super satisfied, a very nice, very clean vacation rental with everything you need. Everything has been thought of. Very nice landlord. I can recommend it without any restrictions!!!!

Dear guests, thank you for your interest in our holiday flats. We look after you personally and try to help you with words and deeds. Over 15 years ago, it all started quite harmlessly with one flat in the Algarve. In the meantime, we have expanded somewhat, so that we can now offer you 3 holiday flats in Dahme on the Baltic Sea, 2 in Hamburg and 2 in Hahnenklee in the Harz Mountains. Relax on a beach holiday, a city tour, hiking or on a skiing holiday if it snows.
