Praise and blame
Overall, we really liked the house Ohrenqualle, as we are now in this house for the fourth time. The new dining area has turned out very nice, just like the renovation of the living room. However, compared to previous years, I must also point out something: the dishwasher has aged quite a bit; it hardly dries at all anymore. The refrigerator also cools poorly even at the highest setting. There was only a single wine glass and only a beer glass as well as only three teaspoons available. The cleaning staff should pay attention to this and pass it on. The second front door key, which was always available before, was also missing. In the hope that these small deficiencies will be addressed, we would gladly return to this house next year.

Vacation with a dog
Living room furnished in a modern style, beds were also good, we slept very well. Unfortunately, there is no proper ventilation system in the bathroom, roof window could not be opened. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. The front yard and garden would appreciate some attention. The location of the cottage is great, not far from the Wadden Sea. The dog walking path is also quite nice. Cost for the dog is 1€, adults with the North Sea card are free, but be careful, there is also a leash requirement here, as everywhere else. Unfortunately, what I personally missed was informational material in paper form about the surroundings, where to eat, excursions, etc., which I know from previous holiday homes and not just the house rules. As for cleanliness, there is still room for improvement.

Defects in the building.
The only thing we have to criticize is the slow internet, which also occasionally completely dropped the WLAN connection for minutes at a time. Furthermore, the lawn was already tall and not mowed when we arrived. Although a robotic lawnmower station was available, no lawnmower was in operation during our stay, and the lawn was also not mowed manually. Otherwise, we were satisfied and would like to come back.

All in order
Holiday with dog was not so good in Dornum siel ,because many areas are closed for dogs and the so advertised Hudewiese is not fenced .
