This holiday home in Grimersum, a district of Krummhörn, was lovingly renovated in 2014 and is situated in an idyllic location directly on the Greetsieler Sieltief, with its 25 m long shore ideal for anglers. A sun terrace with a view of the large, completely fenced garden and the unobstructed view of the nature and vastness of the Krummhörn invites you to relax. You can also go swimming or boating in the canal. In spring 2015, a private jetty and a new bank were built. A motorboat is available and can be rented.

On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining area with a large patio door with great views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and everything you need for daily life. There is also a freezer in the shed.
The living room is separated from the dining area by a wooden arch with spotlights and has a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV with integrated receiver and a DVD player.
The ground floor bathroom has a ground level shower, WC, sink, washing machine and a dryer.
The house is ideal for 6 people with 2 bedrooms with double beds (one on the ground floor), 2 bedrooms with single beds (with canal view) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower).
A garage is available for parking motorbikes or bicycles. A charging station for e-cars has been newly installed at the house. A shed for storing your fishing utensils with a small fridge is also included. There are also 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house.
A roof between the house and the shed is ideal for smokers and for storing e.g. laundry.
The terrace is covered with a pavilion in summer and fully equipped with chairs incl. cushions, table, loungers and additional parasol. A barbecue is of course also included.
New external blinds have been fitted to all windows, with the exception of the large terrace window (with lamella curtain).

The holiday home is located in Grimersum in a quiet settlement and is about 6 km from Greetsiel. Greetsiel is a well-known tourist town with its twin mills and idyllic fishing harbour. You can explore the Krummhörn villages by bicycle or boat. The port city of Emden is about 16 km away. The North Sea beach is in Norddeich, about 23 km away. From there you can also reach the islands by ferry.

A visit to the fishing village of Greetsiel is worthwhile. An excursion to or in (with a mudflat guide, of course) the Wadden Sea natural heritage is an experience and you can also visit the East Frisian islands by ferry at any time.
The Krummhörn and its flat countryside invite you to go cycling, jogging etc. Shopping facilities and recommendable restaurants are nearby. You will find an indoor swimming pool, miniature golf, fitness course, etc. in Greetsiel.

Relaxed holiday in a quiet location
We found everything as it was described. You have to like the remoteness from the hustle and bustle, because there is nothing in the village. But the silence and the view from the jetty compensate for that. Unique! Our dog also felt very comfortable, but she quickly found the little escape routes. Greetsiel in itself is always worth a trip and we will gladly come back. Great landlords, we can only recommend it.

Highly recommended holiday home
We had a very nice holiday in this well-maintained, clean and lovingly furnished Frisian house, which also has everything you need for a pleasant holiday. The super large garden really offers a lot of space for all kinds of games for people and animals. We also enjoyed spending time on the boat path directly at the Siel. My daughter had a lot of fun with her standup paddle. In the evening we enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the water. Mrs. and Mr. Beer are very kind and nice people. They were always available if you wanted to use the boat, for example. A very big thank you for everything you both did for us.

Great holiday home with optimal facilities.
This holiday home can only be recommended. It has everything you need. A large garden and the great location by the Siel are excellent for relaxing. On days when the weather is not so good, you can sit very well on the covered terrace. As an angler, the direct location by the Siel is, of course, ideal. The on-site support is very good.

We immediately fell in love with this holiday home and have therefore lovingly renovated it according to our ideas. We were immediately attracted by the great location directly on the canal and the beautiful unobstructed view of the fields and trees. You can watch ducks, rabbits, deer and many birds every day.
