Description
In Chiclana, one of the most beautiful coastal villages in the province of Cádiz, is our small complex, in a quiet location, with three houses, two of which are for mediation. In the large garden there is a pool with sun loungers and terrace furniture, an outside grill with table and benches invites to the outdoor barbecue. The house is equipped with two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds), living-dining room with all necessary, bathroom with washing machine and hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchen. German television program is also available.
Bed linen and towels are of course sufficient and on request also beach towels, everything things in the suitcase take a lot of space away.
For the car there is a parking space on the property

Nearby, the beautiful sandy beach of La Barrosa, excellent with the blue flag, that is, the best rating you can reach for beaches in Spain. But there is also a lot of other things to offer: golf, horse riding, tennis, thermal baths, Arabic baths and of course many water sports facilities. But also a cultural program, with trips to Jerez, Cádiz, Tangier, Puerto de Santa Maria, Seville etc.

Great vacation getaway
We spent 8 wonderful weeks in Nicki's small holiday home. We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival and provided with important information. Nicki is a friendly host who is always ready to help if needed. The holiday home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the large garden is perfect for relaxing. The holiday home is in a quiet location, with shopping opportunities and beautiful beaches just a few minutes away by car. There is plenty to see in Chiclana, Jerez, Conil, Cadiz, and great opportunities for walks in the National Park. A highly recommended activity is a guided tour in German in Cadiz with Jürgen. Thanks again to Nicki and her husband for the wonderful time.

Great accommodation close to the beach
We (2 children + 2 adults) had a wonderful holiday in Chiclana! The accommodation has a beautiful garden and a great pool! The apartment has everything you need and is big enough for 4 people! The location is also perfect: only a few minutes by car to the beach and in 20 minutes you are at the secluded beaches of Conil. We enjoyed our stay very much and thank Niki and her husband very much for their loving and caring support!
We will definitely come back!!!!

Garden paradise
My family (2 children and dog) spent a wonderful week at the Rincón del olivo - the garden is simply magnificent - huge and beautifully landscaped and really all to ourselves. We spent a lot of time by the pool and felt like we were in paradise. Nicoline was absolutely obliging and endeavoured to give us the best hints and tips for activities, restaurants and beaches (even including dog-sitting :-) The furnishings of the house are perhaps a little outdated, but immaculate and absolutely functional. An absolute gem that can only be recommended!

Very nice family-friendly place.
We had a great time in the house and garden. The pool and the large garden are very well maintained and invite you to linger. The communication was flawless. The hosts were very helpful and left no wish unfulfilled. We would come back again and again!

We really didn't expect this... A beautiful holiday home in a quiet location. The large fenced garden with pool invites you to swim, play and relax.
The house is not far from the beach, but also Cadiz or Jerez invite are quick and easy to reach. We also recommend a day trip to Gibraltar
There are good shopping facilities for daily needs in the surrounding area
We enjoyed our holiday here very much and will definitely come back one day. Many thanks to Nicoline for the helpful tips and recommendations.

Wonderful family stay
