Description

2017 completely renovated and modern furnished holiday home with direct car parking space. Internet connection free. The house is in a 3000 m² very well maintained community with a large pool (12 x 6 m) and outdoor shower. The shaded space by the pool is for all guests of the complex. In total there are 6 bungalows.
The house has 100 m² on one floor. About 3 steps leads to the house via the conservatory or terrace. The living, dining and kitchen area with large breakfast bar (American kitchen) is equipped with a new air conditioning (hot / cold). The kitchen leads directly to the terrace with charcoal grill. The 2 bedrooms are also equipped with new air conditioning units (hot / cold), one with double bed and bathroom en suite, one with 2 adjoining single beds. Large built-in wardrobes, additional fans on the ceilings, insect screens and shutters in both bedrooms. The bathrooms have large walk-in showers and electric. Floor heating equipped.
The conservatory can be used as a second dining area and can be opened after 2 pages. Also on the terrace are a large table and chairs ready for dinner.
In addition, there are 4 comfortable sun loungers, high chair, large parasol for the terrace available.

Holiday home for relaxation

We had a wonderful stay in this holiday home in Spain, with a private pool, a quiet and relaxed neighborhood, and very good accessibility. The weather was dreamy, and the service on-site as well as during the booking process was absolutely outstanding. Any concerns or questions were answered quickly, and solutions were implemented promptly. This service must really be praised.

The house was very clean, and we felt completely comfortable as a group of three. Only in terms of furnishings do we see a little room for improvement: a more modern standard would be desirable for the chairs in the living room as well as the beds in the bedrooms. In the parents' bedroom, the bed was unfortunately quite small, which is why we moved to the children's room with two single beds, which, however, kept sliding apart. The mattresses and pillows, on the other hand, were excellent. The bathrooms were modern and already attractively designed. The kitchen had all kinds of utensils and was well equipped.

Conclusion: A completely successful feel-good package that we would book again at any time. Despite minor equipment points, we can recommend this holiday home 100%.

Great holiday home, great stay

Casa Nadine is a real gem! We felt welcome even before our arrival through emails from the owner and the manager.

Once we arrived at the house, the vacation could begin. The great kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and the dishes and cutlery are spotlessly clean!

The bathrooms are a dream! Both bathrooms have walk-in showers and offer plenty of space. The bedrooms have enough space in the built-in closets, and the beds are super comfortable. The whole holiday home is super clean!

The facility is very well laid out and well maintained. The large pool is a dream.

It was a great stay and we would love to come back.

Relaxed stay

We stayed 5 weeks at Casa Nadine and felt so comfortable that we immediately booked again. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Große, the caretaker. At our request, we were provided with a new coffee machine, as we do not enjoy coffee from a capsule machine. The cleanliness and the equipment of the house left nothing to be desired. If questions or small irregularities arose, Mrs. Große was always available, provided answers or arranged for a solution. Our special thanks once again to Mrs. Große. We can highly recommend this accommodation with a clear conscience and are already looking forward to our next stay at Casa Nadine. Regina and Werner Stauch.

Bungalow Denia

The house and the property are very beautiful, well maintained and located in a quiet area. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach the supermarket, the city and the beach and harbor in about 10 minutes by car.

Everything, including the pool, was very clean.
The property manager is very nice and helpful.
The rental process was completely problem-free, great!

We really liked it and we will definitely come back.

Comfort, beautiful view, beautiful city

Maximum cleanliness, very complete equipment, so much more than expected.
Communication with the host was quick and friendly. The price-performance ratio was more than good.
Had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. The location was perfect, 30 minutes walk from Dénia, 10 minutes by bike. Lidl and Consum very close.

Holiday home in a rather neglected condition.

Unfortunately, we found the holiday home in a rather neglected condition. All appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, and oven were dirty, requiring a thorough cleaning. The refrigerator was excellent and very clean. The bathrooms, especially the toilets, were heavily soiled, requiring a thorough cleaning as well. The same was true for cutlery and dishes. In our opinion, no or only very sloppy final cleaning had taken place here. Various liquids and food remnants, which attracted the ants, were found on the floor and especially behind the appliances. The various baits placed throughout the house speak for themselves. Suitable sun protection is only available in the bedrooms. The air conditioning works well, but it incurs additional electricity costs. An inquiry with the landlord about whether this system can even be operated permanently, unfortunately, remained unanswered. In terms of energy, this is not a good solution. Various small details have shown that regular continuous maintenance and care of the apartment does not really take place (missing seals, broken appliances and sun loungers and umbrellas, mold formation). The communal area looks well-maintained. The pool and garden are beautiful and are regularly maintained. It remains unclear whether our arrival was due to an unfortunate combination of "what the previous tenant left behind" and the "property manager being on vacation," or if the house is always in this condition. We did not feel comfortable in this vacation home and after 10 days, we gave up the fight against pests.
At this point, we would like to thank Ms. Miriam Grosse for making our early, spontaneous departure possible.

Fantastic view of the Montgo

There were four of us at Casa Nadine.
Everything was as described. We felt very comfortable. Great view, beautiful well-maintained pool, shady places also under palm trees.
Car is recommended
Nice beaches, great scenery and Denia has a nice harbour with many restaurants and a castle.
Thank you for everything and we will definitely come back again.

Quiet holiday home to come back to

The peacefully located holiday home is modern and very well equipped. Although the location is quiet, all important shops, city center, and sea are easily accessible. A fantastic holiday

We recently stayed at Casa Nadine for 2 weeks for a family holiday.
The house is beautifully situated and everything you need was there. We liked the furnishings and the small conservatory as well as the terrace invite you to sit comfortably. The whole complex was very well maintained and the view from the pool was breathtaking. We enjoyed it very much. We always had very friendly contact with Nadine as well as with the manager Mrs Große.
An unforgettable holiday! We will certainly come back again. :)

Everything top... gladly again

We had 3 wonderful weeks at Casa Nadine.
The pool was nice and big and was regularly maintained as well as the green area.
A gardener came at least once a week.
The awning provided shade all afternoon.
The manager was always available with help and advice ..
Our problems were solved immediately and Nadine the owner was always very friendly with the whole organisational process in advance and nothing seemed to be a problem.

The air conditioning in the whole house was great and we enjoyed our coffee every day on the roof terrace...
In short
Everything top ... gladly again
Maybe a tip from us the Mala Vita in the harbour is always worth a visit ..

Beautiful location, great pool

We were there over Pentecost, the pool was large and warm. The kitchen also has enough space and equipment for more complicated meals. Bathrooms are of a high standard.

Great holiday home, will gladly come back.

Great holiday home, we had a lovely vacation there. The house itself is very well-maintained, both inside and out. The pool is very nice and also well-maintained. We liked that you can park your car directly at the house. The rooms, bathrooms, and the American kitchen were great. Dishes, refrigerator, washing machine... everything is available and well-kept. Everything is very new and the bathrooms are gorgeous. The air conditioning works perfectly. The processing on site worked great. Will gladly come back.

Highly recommended!

We'll get straight to the point - it was our first time there and we want to go back next year.
The holiday home "Casa Nadine" is located in a small, very well-kept complex. The house itself is very well-maintained, both inside and out. The pool is beautifully done and also very well maintained. We liked that we could park our car right by the house. The rooms, bathrooms, and the American kitchen were great. Dishware, refrigerator, washing machine... everything was available and well-maintained. Everything is very new and the bathrooms are super nice. The air conditioning works perfectly.
The process (payment, billing, deposit refund, key handover) worked great.
All in all, we can only give it 5 out of 5 stars! We will come back. . .

Ferienhaus in eher vernachlässigtem Zustand 2023-07-15

Leider haben wir das Ferienhaus in einem eher vernachlässigten Zustand vorgefunden. Sämtliche Geräte wie Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Backofen waren verdreckt, eine Grundreinigung war hier nötig. Der Kühlschrank war super und sehr sauber. Die Bäder vorrangig die Toiletten waren stark verdreckt, auch hier war eine Grundreinigung nötig. Das gleiche galt für Besteck und Geschirr. Aus unserer Sicht hat hier keine oder wenn nur eine sehr nachlässige Endreinigung stattgefunden. Diverse Flüssigkeiten und Essensreste, die die Ameisen angelockt haben, waren auf dem Boden und vor allem hinter den Geräten zu finden. Die diversen im gesamten Haus aufgestellten Köder sprechen da für sich. Geeigneter Sonnenschutz ist nur in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, es entstehen aber zusätzliche Stromkosten. Eine Nachfrage beim Vermieter, ob diese Anlage überhaupt dauerhaft betrieben werden kann, blieb leider unbeantwortet. Energietechnisch ist das keine gute Lösung. In diversen Kleinigkeiten hat sich gezeigt, dass eine regelmäßige kontinuierliche Instandhaltung und Pflege der Wohnung eher nicht stattfinden (fehlende Dichtungen, kaputte Geräte und Sonnenliegen und Schirme, Schimmelbildung). Die gemeinschaftliche Anlage macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Pool und Garten sind schön und werden regelmäßig gewartet/gepflegt. Es bleibt offen, ob es sich bei unserer Ankunft um eine ungünstige Konstellation von „was der Vormieter hinterlassen hat“ und die „Verwalterin hat Urlaub“ handelt, oder ob das Haus immer in diesem Zustand ist. Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus nicht wohlgefühlt und nach 10 Tgen den Kampf gegen Ungeziefer aufgegeben. An dieser Stelle ein Dankeschön an Frau Miriam Grosse, die unsere verfrühte, spontane Abreise möglich gemacht hat.
