The antique farmhouse of the 17th century was recently restructured and furnished according to the traditional Tuscan style.

The country house is a two-storey building, which offers 8 sleeping places in a double room, a room with two single beds, a triple bedroom and a single room, and has 2 bathrooms and a toilet.
On the ground floor is the kitchen, the dining room with an antique fireplace, the living room, which becomes a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor consists of a double bedroom with private toilet, a room with double bed and a single bed, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Outside
In front of the house is a large panoramic terrace overlooking the valley below, which is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The private swimming pool (10x4 m, depth: m), which enjoys a wonderful view of the surrounding hills covered with olive trees, is surrounded by a beautiful terraced garden, shaded by olive trees.

This rustic country house is situated in a panoramic position on the hills between Pisa and Lucca, in an area where there is a mild and pleasant climate every season.
Its position makes the country house the ideal accommodation, to relax in the sign of absolute privacy. At the same time, the country house is also an excellent starting point to visit the most important art-historical cities of Tuscany, including Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano. The beaches of Versilia and the thermal baths of Uliveto Terme and San Giuliano Terme are just a few kilometers from the property. Near the country house there is also a tennis club and a riding stable.

Holiday in Tuscany
The holiday home is located in the middle of an olive grove, above Buti. We really liked the location, very large pool - not visible - simply great.
The care provided by the landlady could not have been better.
We had our e-bikes with us and were able to do great tours. Among others, to Pisa.
In Buti, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and very good gastronomy.
For all those seeking peace and relaxation, the perfect place.
