Description

Within walking distance to the dunes (10 min.), The beach and the bustling city center of Renesse (20 min.) Is this luxurious, completely renovated (2017) holiday home. The beach is only five minutes away by bicycle. In the high season you can also use the free electric beach bus. In the sunny, completely fenced garden you can after a day at the beach on one of the deckchairs or on the lounge set the evening end.

The house is situated in a quiet location in the small family park De Horizon. For younger children there is a playground in the park. The park is a stone's throw away from the nature reserve De Vroongronden. Here you can bike through a wild dune landscape, amidst wild cattle, horses and deer.

From the hallway you enter the bright, beautifully furnished living room with comfortable seating. There is also the digital TV with many German channels. From the living room you enter through the swinging doors the large terrace with a garden seat group, a lounge set and two sun loungers. Here you can start with fresh bread rolls the day and complete with a good glass of wine and barbecue.

The open kitchen is generously equipped, among others with an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge / freezer combination and a microwave. The dining table, next to the kitchen, can accommodate four people.

In both bedrooms are two luxurious single beds (boxspring, 90x200) and enough closets.

The bathroom has a shower and a wash basin. The house has a separate toilet.

The holiday home is centrally heated. There is a washing machine and free Wi-Fi. There are parking spaces for two cars on the property.

Near the park De Horizon is a supermarket (about 400 m.), Which is open during the season. There you can buy your fresh bread rolls and your newspaper in the morning. Situated between the lively center of Renesse and the splendid, wide beaches, this house is the ideal starting point for a holiday on the sea coast!

The extensive dune landscape and the neighboring nature reserve "De Vroongronden" are suitable for beautiful hiking and biking trips to the beautiful old town of Burgh-Haamstede.

The Brouwersdam (Grevelingenmeer) with its fantastic conditions for water sports of all kinds (kite-surfing, windsurfing, sailing, beach sailing, kite-buggy, fishing, diving) is about 10 minutes away.
