"Beautiful holiday home in a good location"

We were at "Casa soly mar" for the fourth time and will come back next year. The landlady is very friendly, the house is very clean and lovingly furnished. The new, modern kitchen is well equipped; we lacked nothing. The location is great, the sea, the dunes, and the city are within walking distance.

Perfect for bike trips, beach and dune walks, as well as shopping in the village and in Alkmaar. Very nice hosts.

Everything perfect!

This was our first time in this accommodation, it is very nicely furnished and very clean. The location is perfect, you can be at the beach in 5 minutes, in the centre in about 10 minutes, you have a wide choice of restaurants and a supermarket.
All in all it was a super short trip and we can recommend it very well. The landlords were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome.

Thanks again to Simone Van Tol for the great days we had there.

We will definitely be back.

Beautiful holiday home

Everything was there, comfortably furnished and very clean. We were greeted and said goodbye in a friendly manner and the deposit was returned immediately. The only suggestion for improvement would be a light above the washbasin in the bedroom. All in all, we were very satisfied.

Beautiful holiday home in a great location!

We stayed at Casa Sol y mar for the second time this year and will come again next year.

Mrs Van Tol is a very friendly landlady who has lovingly furnished the holiday home.
The kitchen is well equipped, there is everything you need including a dishwasher.
In front of the cottage is a cosy terrace with seating where you can relax.
The accommodation has a top location, only a few metres to the sea and the beautiful sandy beach, a few steps and you can walk in the dunes
Restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance.

a little tip for cyclists: a bike tour through the dune landscape in the direction of Bergen (super nice!)

Cozy little cottage in a perfect location.

We have now been there for the second time and will also be guests there more often! The facilities include everything you need. It's especially great that a washing machine is available, especially when you have small children! The landlady is super nice, helpful, and reacts immediately if there is a problem. She provided a baby cot and an additional mattress for our toddler, as well as a baby high chair on her own initiative. The beach is not even 5 minutes away on foot and you are right in the beautiful dune reserve.
The charming town center with many great shops is also only a few minutes away on foot.
There is a small playground behind the house.

Sommerurlaub

The little house is lovingly furnished, very clean, and only a few minutes' walk from the beach and dunes. Mrs. Van Tol is a very nice landlady, communication with her was smooth, and the responses came very quickly! The house offers a very comfortable bed and is equipped with everything you need, even enough dishwasher tabs are available. Upon arrival, a bottle of wine was ready for us. Restaurants and shopping opportunities can be reached on foot in a short amount of time. All in all, a great value for the price!

Liebevoll gestyltes Häuschen

The little house is nicely furnished. Mrs. Van Tol is a very friendly landlady, there was even a bottle of wine on the table! Communication with her was smooth, the answers came in no time! We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and into town. The Wi-Fi was a bit shaky, but it didn't bother us. All in all, a great value for money!

Beach vacation

We were absolutely satisfied and left our accommodation and the beautiful town of Egmond with its gorgeous beach with a heavy heart.
The accommodation was very clean, Mrs. Van Tol was very attentive, and if something was not right, any damage was quickly fixed.
The accommodation is lovingly and functionally furnished, there are few power outlets, but that is the only thing to complain about, and personally, it didn't bother us at all. We would love to come back anytime.

Small house (almost) by the sea.

I took a vacation alone for the first time in a long time and felt safe and very comfortable. I was greeted by a nice and helpful hostess who thought of everything in her very peacefully located holiday home - very clean and tastefully furnished, a delicious wine as a welcome gift, a terrace where you can sit in the sun until the afternoon, the beach, dunes, and city are just a few minutes away... Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi reception was only moderate, but I had the sea at my doorstep :)

Schönes Ferienhaus

We had a wonderful week of relaxation. The beach is reachable in 3 minutes, the dunes in 1 minute. Great box spring bed for a good sleep. The holiday cottage was equipped with everything you need and very well-maintained. Friendly, nice landlords.

We felt comfortable.

We were warmly welcomed, a bottle of wine was ready for us. Everything you need in the kitchen was available - even dish soap for the dishwasher. Very tastefully furnished. Close to the South Beach and the dune area.
