Description

The 3-room apartment with high-quality flooring (no carpet) is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony. It is an absolute non-smoking property.
The apartment offers a large living/dining room with granite dining table, a leather sofa set, 55-inch flat-screen TV, and a workspace with desk. The spacious fitted kitchen is equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, cutlery and all necessary kitchen utensils, pots, pans and dishes. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm and a 3-meter wardrobe, the other bedroom offers two single beds each 90 cm x 200 cm, which cannot be pushed together, and a 1-meter wardrobe. The large bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower, a beautiful washbasin unit with a large illuminated mirror. Separate toilet. Bed linen, bath and hand towels, dish towels are included. Wi-Fi connection free of charge. All rooms are equipped with shutters.

Location and surroundings of object

The flat is ideally located for Stuttgart's many sights, which are also very easy to reach by public transport. The city centre offers interesting experiences with the State Opera, the New and the Old Palace with the State Museum, the Palace Square with the Königsbau, the Königstraße with its many shops that invite you to stroll around and the many museums. Events such as the spring festival and the folk festival at the Cannstatter Wasen, the large Christmas market in Stutgart and also the medieval Christmas market in nearby Esslingen, the concerts and sporting events in the Hanns Martin Schleyer Hall and the Porsche Arena offer plenty of variety. Wonderful walking and hiking trails lead from the Neckar valley to the higher elevations. There is a very good network of cycle paths and the many mineral spas invite you to relax. The Wilhelma, the large zoological-botanical garden and the TV tower, Stuttgart's landmark, are further highlights.

Directly in front of the house, our guests have a parking space for a vehicle up to 4.70 metres long. A car is not required for all the activities in and around Stuttgart. With the local public transport, you can get to many excursion destinations and sights within a very short time. All shopping facilities for daily needs are within a few minutes' walking distance, such as bakeries, butcher's shop, pharmacies, banks, opticians, stationery shop, a supermarket with butcher's shop and bakery with café and recommendable restaurants.

Excellent accommodation

Our best experience with a holiday flat so far: Very friendly landlords, quiet location (best sleeping quality assured) and yet in the middle of Stuttgart; well connected to public transport (about 2 minutes to the next underground stop). Fully equipped, relatively spacious kitchen (for those who need and want to feed several hungry mouths) and nice, bright rooms throughout the flat. Everything seems very clean and well maintained. It makes you feel good! Oh yes: It is so good to find enough towels and cleaning utensils and not have to ask for every little thing individually.

recommend for: seniors, holiday with children, holiday without car, cultural and sightseeing holiday
