The apartment is part of a historic,
listed and well-maintained building complex, for 1 - 2 people, located
on the ground floor, directly on the Rhine promenade.

It has 2 rooms, kitchen, hallway, WC / shower,
a separate house entrance,
its own parking space,
lockable bicycle storage room. You will live comfortably on a living area of 58 m² and find:

Spacious, cozy living room with all amenities such as: large upholstered seating group, large dining table/dining area, desk, cable TV flat screen, DVD, CD, internet access with flat rate, telephone connection with flat rate to the German landline network (no special numbers), answering machine, radio with iPod docking station.

Separate bedroom with large double bed, adjustable slatted frames. Fitted kitchen (with door to the living room), fully and ready-to-use equipped, with fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, stove/oven, extractor hood, toaster, kettle, dishes, glasses.

Bathroom with toilet and flat shower.

Hallway.

For your safety: front door intercom, peephole, smoke detector, fire extinguisher.

In the bedroom you will find carpet flooring, in all other rooms ceramic floor tiles. Your free parking space is located directly at the house.
