The house (terraced house) was built in 1992 and offers a living/dining room with kitchen, bathroom and storage room on the ground floor
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and another bathroom
The house has a terrace with garden furniture for 4 people and 2 sunbeds. Outside the building you will find a storage room for bicycles, prams etc.. There is also a parking space in front of the house.

Great accommodation.
We stayed in the house with 4 adults and 1 young child. There was enough space for everyone. The equipment is great, really everything is available. Location is optimal, short distances to shopping and the sea. We spent a nice week and will definitely come back.

Great 3 weeks holiday
We felt comfortable from the beginning and immediately arrived on holiday. All the necessary equipment was available and the house with the terrace was lovingly furnished and decorated.
The proximity to the old harbour and the town was also advantageous, you could experience many activities even without a car.
We will definitely be back!

Only Positives
We moved into this house with 5 people in 2013 and can only report positive things about the accommodation. The proximity to the harbor always invites us to take walks. As we are now in retirement age, we will make an inquiry again in the near future, but only at the right time.

We bought the holiday home "Laura" in 1998 and have since furnished it according to our ideas. The furnishings should meet normal requirements. We attached great importance to a cosy ambience; our guests should feel comfortable here The decoration is adapted to the maritime environment.
