Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the beautiful Cuxland holiday park in Dorum-Neufeld, within walking distance of the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. At the well-kept green beach, which invites you to sunbathe with its beach chairs, you will also find the "Watt'n Bad", an adventure pool for young and old with a seawater wave pool and much more. If you like, you can buy crabs fresh from the incoming cutters or enjoy a tasty fish sandwich at the small sieve harbour. For the little ones, the children's playhouse and an adventure playground offer a welcome change.
The Wadden Sea World Heritage Site right on the doorstep invites you to go for a walk in the mudflats, and you are welcome to bring your dog. A separate part of the beach is reserved for the four-legged friends to romp on. From the Obereversand lighthouse you have a wonderful view of the entire Wurster North Sea coast.
The larger towns of Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven are both about 25 km away, but Bremen or Hamburg are also within easy reach.

| The stay of children up to 2 years is free of charge! During the Easter and summer holidays, the holiday home can only be booked on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. The booking is handled by the Dorum beach office. Visitor's tax: High season: until Adults 3,40 €/day Children (3 - 17 years) 1,80 €/day Low season: until Adults 2,00 €/day Children (3 - 17 years) 1,50 €/day ----------------------------------------------------- Additional costs: As this is a comfort house, all energy costs and a water flat rate are already included in the price. Spa card to be paid on arrival on site Dog / pet 7 € per day You have the possibility to rent all linen on site at the beach office Dorum: Complete package bed linen/towels 19 € per person (beds are already made on arrival!) Cancellation conditions of the Dorum beach office: Cancellation of the customer: The declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing. If the hirer withdraws from the contract or does not occupy the rental object, a reasonable compensation for the loss of rental income shall be paid in the event that the rental object could not be otherwise occupied or the rental income achieved is lower. The compensation for loss of rental income shall be: Up to 45 days before the start of the rental period, a sum of 10% of the rental price, but at least 39.00 euros, is to be paid. -44 - 30 days before the start of the rental period = 25% -29 - 08 days before the start of the rental period = 60% -07 - 0 days before the start of the rental period = 100% If the rental object can be sublet, the tenant will be charged 10% of the rental price in any case, but at least 39.00 Euro. |

Pure relaxation!
We spent a few nights over New Year's Eve in Mellumplate 32 and are thrilled! A small, cute cottage, which is lovingly, completely and sensibly furnished. Nothing was missing. The evenings in the cosy living room corner in front of the fireplace were very relaxing. The house is well suited for 4-5 people. The location at the entrance to the village was the only small minus point - it is about 1km from the sea. But even that can be managed :-) In the village there are some restaurants, the small indoor swimming pool (in summer with outdoor wave pool), the BUND-station, the lighthouse, ... walks along the dike or mudflat hikes, ... everything for relaxed holidays! A huge plus are the owners Katja and Carsten! Prompt and friendly communication, always with the aim of making it as easy and pleasant as possible for the guest! Thanks again! :-)

Gladly again.
We felt very comfortable. The holiday home is lovingly furnished and in great condition. It is also child-friendly. The surroundings are a dream and invite you to long walks, especially since the Wadden Sea with the beautiful lighthouse is right on the doorstep. Other interesting excursions are also easily accessible in the nearby area. Thank you for your hospitality. We will gladly come back!

Beautiful and tastefully furnished holiday home
This holiday home comes highly recommended. Very tastefully furnished. Upon entering the house, you immediately feel at home. It lacks nothing. Just a few hundred meters to the city center and the beach. Simply beautiful.
