Description
The 80 sqm house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2016. It has 2 bedrooms on the first floor (one each with 3 single beds and a room with a double bed with morning sun) with cosy beds. On the ground floor there is a light-flooded, spacious kitchen-living room with dining area, wood-burning stove, large floor-to-ceiling windows and cosy sitting area, with a view of the open countryside/the large garden. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, waffle iron, raclette machine and sandwich toaster. There are also plenty of books, CDs, board games, TV, music system, DVD player and a games console (WII). The house has W-LAN. In the spacious carport it is possible to set up the existing table tennis table. Garden furniture, garden shower, outdoor toys and a fire bowl are available. A large trampoline will be purchased (again new) in spring for the garden.
Because of the open, bright room design, the wonderful view into the garden and the stove, it is cosy and comfortable even in colder seasons.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is in a quiet location, about 500 metres from the sea and 4 km from the well-kept and spacious beach. Despite the quiet location, bakers and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The huge garden is bordered by a canal, here you will find another seating area for cosy hours by the water and in nature.
Friedrichskoog is a contemplative, cosy place at the North Sea with a beautiful beach beyond mass tourism at the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea. The village has a good and typical tourist infrastructure with numerous offers, restaurants and cafes. At the Friedrichskoog seal station, you can directly observe some of the 8000 seals in the national park. In addition to long walks along the sea and in the mudflats, there are many excursions in the surrounding area (Husum, Büsum, Multimar Wattzentrum). The metropolis of Hamburg can also be reached from the house in an hour.

Familienparadies
Wir brauchten dringend Urlaub... gesagt,getan und schwups sind wir in diesem schönen Ferienhaus gelandet. Lieben Dank an die nette Vermieterin für die reibungsfreie und unkomplizierte Vermietung.
Wir sind mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern verreist. Die Unterkunft hat eine ideale Größe und eine schöne Raumaufteilung. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und zum Teil wirklich neuwertig. Gerade das Bad und die Küche lassen keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles sehr sauber gewesen - so macht Urlaub Spaß.
Das Schönste war der riesige Garten. Wir unternehmen im Urlaub immer viele Ausflüge aber bei diesem Garten muss man sich einfach entschleunigen und die Ruhe genießen. Für unsere Kinder das schönste Ferienhaus seit langem, der Grosse hatte einen tollen Kletterbaum gefunden und die Kleine hat sich in das Trampolin verliebt. Auch die Sitzsäcke sind gepflegt und wurden von unseren Kindern gern genutzt. Wir hatten ein kleines Schlauchboot zum erkunden des Fleets mit, es war wirklich traumhaft. Die Nachbarn sind zurückhaltend aber sehr freundlich, wir haben ein paar schöne Ausflugtipps und Informationen über Friedrichskoog erhalten. Friedrichskoog hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 20-30 Minuten (6km) am schönen Strand in Friedrichskoog-Spitze. Auch ein Ausflug nach Büsum lohnt sich, für die Kinder war die Familienlagune mit Strandspielplatz ein Highlight. Wir können die Region und das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.

Ein Wunderbares Wochenende
Wir haben zwar nur ein Wochenende dort verbracht, aber es war ein Wochenende zum Energie tanken.
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, das Badezimmer ist nagelneu, die Küche super ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist da. Der Garten ist ein absoluter Traum. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten auf dem Deich. Edeka ist in 2 min Fußläufig erreichbar, bis zum Bäcker 5 min.
