Sanary-sur-Mer is a former fishing village on the Côte d’Azur that has preserved its original charm. The newly renovated harbor invites you to linger in one of the street cafés. The promenade creates a unique atmosphere for walks in the shade of the trees, and the car-free town center also invites you to stroll through the many boutiques. A special highlight is the daily market at the harbor, which offers fresh regional products such as fruit, olives, cheese, and seafood.

- The sea: In just 10 minutes on foot you can reach beautiful sandy beaches and rocky coves that invite you to swim and relax. - The city center: After a 15-minute walk (or 5 minutes by car) you reach the lively downtown with the harbor, a pedestrian zone full of restaurants, shops, a cinema, theater, casino, and bars. Thanks to the quiet location of your accommodation, you can also enjoy privacy in the garden and the idyllic surroundings. - Daily market and shops: The market in the city center as well as a small supermarket, two bakeries, a butcher, a wine shop, and a bookstore are also within walking distance.

- Train: You can travel comfortably from Frankfurt to Marseille directly with ICE. From Marseille, you can reach Sanary by regional trains (approx. 45 minutes). The landlord can pick you up from the station by arrangement.

Hospitable and uncomplicated
We really enjoyed our time in Lanomade and felt extremely comfortable there. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is lacking. The garden is very idyllic for sitting and relaxing, everything was top organized. One of the bedrooms is located in a small annex, and there is an additional toilet in the outdoor area across from it.
It takes about ten minutes to walk to the very beautiful sandy beach. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the town, where there is a market every day. Sanary Sur Mer is a lively but not overcrowded fishing village with a beautiful harbor promenade. A train station is located 10 minutes away by car. From there, trains go to Toulon, Cassis, and Marseille, among others.
We were particularly impressed by the uncomplicated and always helpful hospitality of Mr. de Moncuit, who speaks perfect German and English. We fondly remember the evenings we spent together. A great vacation - we can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation!

Great holidays
Super landlord. Large accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen. We had a very relaxing time in the garden, at the beach, and with many excursion options. We watched the football European Championship on the very large TV. Thank you, Lionel.

Cozy oasis on the outskirts of the city
Excellent spacious equipment. Lots of informative material that is constantly updated by the landlord. Lionel de Moncuit speaks excellent German, is personable, uncomplicated, always approachable, and had numerous helpful tips . . . The reason for giving the location "only" a 4 is that the journey from the city center and the harbor to the accommodation on wheels is quite challenging - lots of ups and downs and no bike paths. Unlike in France, we prefer to leave the car behind for shorter distances.

Successful vacation
We can only recommend the holiday apartment, there was nothing missing. There was even more equipment than expected. Very suitable for families. The place is also very beautiful. The harbor and several beaches are within walking distance. The proximity to Toulon is a big advantage. We experienced and saw a lot. Many thanks also to the landlord, who explained everything to us in excellent German and had many excursion tips ready. We will keep the vacation in good memories.

Relaxing Time In Sanary
Quite simply put, I had a fantastic time staying in Sanary. The house and garden is beautiful, with pleanty of space to relax both outside and inside. It feels very peaceful and private, while still being close enough to walk to the seafront and town centre and experience some of the local lifestyle - boulageries, beaches, markets etc.
The host, Lionel, is super helpful, with great knowledge of the area, even offering to take me to nearbye towns and markets and showing me local wines. It really is a beautiful place.
The apartement itself was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything I needed during me stay.
