Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in our lovingly furnished holiday apartment on the Côte d’Azur, just a 10-minute walk from the sea. The 65 m² ground floor apartment accommodates 1-5 people and is ideal for couples seeking an eventful stay.
Private garden:
The enclosed 200 sqm garden offers privacy. Enjoy your meals outdoors at the two dining tables, relax on the loungers in the sun or under the shade of the trees. Two sun umbrellas and comfortable seating with new cushions for the chairs and loungers are also available. A grill with plancha is also for use.
Living room and bedrooms:
The cozy bedrooms and living room are equipped with a TV with DVD player. The satellite TV offers German channels for a cozy movie night. An internet radio with worldwide reception and free Wi-Fi. A fan ensures pleasant temperatures on warm days. In the living room there is also a large table for dining or working. And in the bedroom, of course, there are two beds and two wardrobes.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals: stove, oven, microwave, and a fridge-freezer combination. A dishwasher, washing machine, and a coffee machine are also provided. And cleaning products are already here.
Bathroom:
It is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin and has a new boiler.
Parking:
The accommodation has a fenced and shaded parking space, which is directly adjacent to the apartment.
Entertainment and comfort:

Sanary-sur-Mer is a former fishing village on the Côte d’Azur that has preserved its original charm. The newly renovated harbor invites you to linger in one of the street cafés. The waterfront promenade creates a unique atmosphere for walks in the shade of the trees, and the car-free town center invites you to stroll through the many boutiques. A special highlight is the daily market at the harbor, offering fresh regional products such as fruit, olives, cheese, and seafood.
Highlights within walking distance:
- Just 5 minutes on foot are a Spar supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a Vietnamese take-away, and a newsstand.
- The sea: In just 10 minutes on foot you reach beautiful sandy beaches and rocky coves, perfect for swimming and relaxing.
- The city center: After a 15-minute walk (or 5 minutes by car) you reach the lively downtown with the daily market at the harbor, a pedestrian zone full of restaurants, shops, a cinema, and bars. - Train: You can conveniently travel from Frankfurt to Marseille directly by ICE. From Marseille, you reach Sanary by regional trains (about 40 minutes). The landlord can pick you up from the station by arrangement.
- Flights Marseille: Connections are available from Berlin, Vienna (Ryanair), Frankfurt and Munich (Lufthansa), Düsseldorf (Eurowings). From the airport, a shuttle bus takes you to Marseille St. Charles station. From there, trains run hourly to Sanary.
- Flights Nice: Connections are available from Berlin, Cologne, Stuttgart (Eurowings), Frankfurt and Munich (Lufthansa), Vienna (Austria). From the airport, a train from Nice takes you to Toulon in 2 hours. From there, you travel by train in 10 minutes to Sanary.

Cozy stay in Sanary
During my vacation in Sanary, nothing was missing. The well-equipped kitchen has everything one could wish for, and the quiet garden provided a lot of relaxation. Due to the proximity to the beach and the city center, one can mostly leave the car behind, and with the trains, you can quickly reach the idyllic neighboring towns. The host is very easygoing and is always ready with good knowledge and excursion tips.

Hospitable and uncomplicated
We really enjoyed our time in Lanomade and felt extremely comfortable there. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is lacking. The garden is very idyllic for sitting and relaxing, everything was top organized. One of the bedrooms is located in a small annex, and there is an additional toilet in the outdoor area across from it.
It takes about ten minutes to walk to the very beautiful sandy beach. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the town, where there is a market every day. Sanary Sur Mer is a lively but not overcrowded fishing village with a beautiful harbor promenade. A train station is located 10 minutes away by car. From there, trains go to Toulon, Cassis, and Marseille, among others.
We were particularly impressed by the uncomplicated and always helpful hospitality of Mr. de Moncuit, who speaks perfect German and English. We fondly remember the evenings we spent together. A great vacation - we can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation!

Great holidays
Super landlord. Large accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen. We had a very relaxing time in the garden, at the beach, and with many excursion options. We watched the football European Championship on the very large TV. Thank you, Lionel.

Cozy oasis on the outskirts of the city
Excellent spacious equipment. Lots of informative material that is constantly updated by the landlord. Lionel de Moncuit speaks excellent German, is personable, uncomplicated, always approachable, and had numerous helpful tips . . . The reason for giving the location "only" a 4 is that the journey from the city center and the harbor to the accommodation on wheels is quite challenging - lots of ups and downs and no bike paths. Unlike in France, we prefer to leave the car behind for shorter distances.

Successful vacation
We can only recommend the holiday apartment, there was nothing missing. There was even more equipment than expected. Very suitable for families. The place is also very beautiful. The harbor and several beaches are within walking distance. The proximity to Toulon is a big advantage. We experienced and saw a lot. Many thanks also to the landlord, who explained everything to us in excellent German and had many excursion tips ready. We will keep the vacation in good memories.
