On the approx. 400 sqm property there is also a small forest with beech trees, a large sun terrace and a large carport.
The property is not fenced.
Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the holiday home. There is a covered smoking area for smokers.

Beautiful house - absolutely recommended!
We had a super nice contact with the landlords and it is a very beautiful little house. Everything is sparkling clean, down to the smallest detail. One can feel at home immediately. Everything is available, the kitchen is really very well equipped. The mattresses in the large bedroom are really exceptionally comfortable and not worn out. We did not use the small bedroom. In any case, we slept very well. Especially great is that there is enough storage space in the bedroom. Often, in holiday homes, you don't know where to put your things. Really very pleasant.
The bathroom is also new and very clean. There is also storage space for personal items, and there are enough towels available.
Especially nice is the conservatory. I enjoyed my tea there in the morning and watched the birds at the feeder. Our friends were also quite taken with it when they sat with us for coffee in the winter garden. The surroundings are great, there are various hiking trails, you can just start walking from the house. Our dogs are also welcome, and we have already booked our next vacation.
