Only a few steps away from the 7 km long dream beach of Prorer Wiek lies this particularly high-quality furnished holiday flat in Binz/Prora.

The Garden Suite is a very bright and sunny flat on the first floor in the side wing of the listed building. It is easily accessible by lift.

This flat is especially ideal for sun-seekers: an approx. 30 sqm roof terrace with beach chair and garden furniture extends in front of the living area. Even in winter, the sun reaches the terrace almost all day long, so you can relax wonderfully.

The flat is approx. 68 sqm and is divided into an entrance hallway, guest toilet, cloakroom, reading corner, spacious dining area and living area with a modern "Curved Smart TV" and WLAN, a high-quality and fully equipped kitchen with additional Nespresso machine, a separate bedroom with box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and second Smart TV and direct access to the large en suite bathroom with shower and second toilet.
The sofa in the living room can be converted for the night into a comfortable approx. 1.60 m wide sleeping compartment for the person with extra slatted frame and mattress, you do not sleep on the seat cushion.

In front of the holiday flats there is a park-like garden landscape with a heated outdoor pool and lounge areas. The garden is exclusively available to the guests of the holiday flats, a small pine forest shields it from the beach and ensures privacy

All guests have access to a spacious wellness area on the ground floor, which you can reach from your flat without having to leave the house. Here you will not only find a large indoor pool with a children's pool, but also various saunas and relaxation areas, a fitness area with appropriate equipment and the possibility of massages and other treatments that can be booked on site

The car can be parked in the hotel's own car park for a small fee, and a lockable room can be used for bicycles.
On the 2nd floor, a washing machine and dryer are available to guests in a separate room for a fee. Children's chairs and cots can be provided as required.
