The modern "Casa Olea" is waiting for you with all the comforts you are accustomed to from home.
Own parking directly in front of the house, air conditioning and free WLAN are self-evident.
The rooms are spread over two floors of about 40 square meters each. On the ground floor is a spacious living room, which is connected to the kitchen by a wide reach. The sun illuminates the living space all day long.
The kitchen is equipped with a cozy table made of a thick tree beam board, where even in bad weather a fun day with the children can be spent at the card game.
It is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, cutlery, etc.
The rear terrace adjoins it. The ceramic tiles spread comfort, and with an extended breakfast in the morning sun the anticipation grows to the day.
In the living room there is a welcoming "Lümmel" couch, opposite the (Sat) TV.
On the first floor are the bedrooms: one bedroom with single beds (beds are of course also combined as a double bed) and a bedroom with a double bed. A door leads to the small covered Freisitz.
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower and washing machine.
Bed linen and towels are self-contained and included in the price.

Location and surroundings of object
Vabriga is a prosperous community on the Istrian Peninsula. Located between Novigrad and Porec by the sea, it is a bit outside the "tourist hotspots". Here, tranquility and relaxation still prevail.
The place is easily accessible by transport. Daily necessities and various restaurants are available in the vicinity; those in a hurry can conveniently buy everything they need for daily use at the Tommy market and "Plodine", both 2 km away. It is more peaceful on the road to Lanterna, where various kiosks offer local products and sun-ripened fruit.
"Casa Olea" is located on the edge of the village, 800 meters from the picturesque fishing harbor. In the traditional restaurant "Santa Marina," fish caught in the morning and mussels cultured in the bay are served fresh on the plate. 300 meters further are extensive beaches. Depending on preference, textile or nude. They are easily accessible by foot or by bicycle.
The beach is filled with gravel; there are no large stones obstructing the entrance into the water. Trees provide shade, so even those who do not want to spend their entire vacation in the sun can easily enjoy their holidays with a book in hand without having to worry about nasty sunburns. Croatia offers many leisure activities throughout the year: The area is ideal for numerous activities in nature, especially in spring when temperatures are soon pleasantly warm. Action enthusiasts will find a go-kart track, paintball, horse riding, water skiing, and a diving center nearby, which among other things, visits "Banjole" (a diveable cave near Rovinj) and the wreck of the "Coriolan". A cultural history excursion of a special kind is the ride on a hovercraft from the port in Porec to Venice.
Those planning a family day will find themselves well catered for at the "Istralandia" adventure pool. Guaranteed fun in the water for both young and old.
Especially cyclists get their money's worth on well-developed, signposted routes. Scenic paths connect nearby excursion destinations. Some of the larger inland cities can also be reached by bicycle: the intricate artist's town of Groznjan and the old Motovun with its completely preserved city walls; both venerable Venetian cities, perched on a hill, with a magnificent view of the forests and valleys below.
And if the bicycle is not cooperating: a large modern bicycle store with repair service is about 3 km from Vabriga. When you return in the evening from extensive activities, the house is bathed in golden yellow light. The day settles, and the time of the nightingale begins. In midsummer, cicadas play their annual concert. A sound that is inseparably linked with the holiday feeling in Croatia.
At a later hour, the terrace behind the kitchen lies in soothing shade. The bare feet on the warm ceramic tiles, the taste of the good local wine, olives, and excellent cheese mix with the scent of jasmine to create a sensual fireworks display.
The "sundowner" takes place on the small balcony of the parents' bedroom, from where one can watch the sunset for a long time in the evening warmth.

Very nice house in a quiet outskirts location!
A very nice, spacious and quiet house with everything you don't want to miss on your holiday. Small plot with its own parking space, very nicely laid out. Somut there is the possibility for sun or shade, all day long.
If you are often on the road by car during the day, as we are, you won't mind the location on the outskirts of Vabriga. But the small town of Tar, the beach and the harbour can also be reached on foot
We liked it all around and the contact with the landlady was pleasant and uncomplicated
Therefore, we fully recommend this accommodation.
