Our beautiful 2-room apartments are fully equipped. Each air conditioning system cools the bedroom and living room. The EBK with dishwasher, stove, microwave, etc. The bathroom with shower and bidet. You can see SKY programs and use the Internet. The high ceiling of the living room and the bathroom offers generous living space. The sunny terrace invites you to rest under the parasol. They have a separate entrance. Use of the washing machine is free of charge. Parking in front of the house.
On the day of arrival, you will be spoiled with warm traditional Croatian food and regional homemade wine and freshly baked cakes.

The beach is within walking distance in a few minutes, as well as bakery, shop, ice cream, restaurants. The holiday home is quietly located, in the nearby area there is no loud music.

Always happy to go to Rosi
We have stayed in the flat several times and always like to come back because we feel very comfortable in this holiday flat and with the landlords, who are very hospitable and helpful. The flat is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need.
We are impressed by the natural sandy beach and the shallow sea water.

very nice apartment & great landlords
We spent our honeymoon in Sabunike, and it was an all-around great vacation. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has a great balcony. It's just a few steps to the beach, and the sea is very beautiful and shallow there - so it's also very suitable for children. The landlords are very nice and are always ready to help with advice and assistance. They made our vacation very enjoyable with their friendly nature. We can highly recommend the apartment.

Everything's great with Rosi!
We go to this accommodation every year. The vacation rental is very well-equipped and super clean. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away. And the evenings can be very comfortably spent on the terrace.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement
Very well-kept and lovingly furnished apartment with many extras, such as a dishwasher, freezer, but also back-friendly mattresses in the double bed, WiFi, etc. Very friendly and helpful landlords who speak German and Croatian. Just a few minutes' walk to the sandy beach, highly recommended for families with children, but also for older people with mobility impairments. There are also local restaurants with typical Croatian cuisine available in the area. For daily needs, there are grocery stores, bakeries, and market stands with fresh fruits and vegetables. A beautiful place for a vacation, to relax, and a good starting point for excursions (Nin, Zadar). We usually started the day with a leisurely breakfast on our morning sun terrace... :)

All-round feel-good experience
Super area, very nice landlords, good contact (German-speaking). The apartment is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. 100m to the beach, good swimming opportunities, also in the surrounding area. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the holiday apartment.
