Description
Our beautiful 2-room apartments are fully equipped. Each air conditioning system cools the bedroom and living room. The EBK with dishwasher, stove, microwave, etc. The bathroom with shower and bidet. You can see SKY programs and use the Internet. The high ceiling of the living room and the bathroom offers generous living space. The sunny terrace invites you to rest under the parasol. They have a separate entrance. Use of the washing machine is free of charge. Parking in front of the house.
On the day of arrival, you will be spoiled with warm traditional Croatian food and regional homemade wine and freshly baked cakes.

The beach is within walking distance in a few minutes, as well as bakery, shop, ice cream, restaurants. The holiday home is quietly located, in the nearby area there is no loud music.

Always happy to go to Rosi
We have stayed in the flat several times and always like to come back because we feel very comfortable in this holiday flat and with the landlords, who are very hospitable and helpful. The flat is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need.
We are impressed by the natural sandy beach and the shallow sea water.

sehr schöne Wohnung & tolle Vermieter
Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in Sabunike verbracht und es war ein rundum toller Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Balkon. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand und das Meer ist sehr schön und flach dort - also auch sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Der Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen einem gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sie haben uns mit ihrer freundlichen Art einen sehr schönen Urlaub bereitet. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Alles spitze bei Rosi!
Wir fahren jedes Jahr in diese Unterkunft. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und super sauber. Zum Strand sind es wenige Gehminuten. Und die Abende lassen sich auf der Terasse sehr gemütlich ausklingen.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement
Super gepflegtes und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Appartement ... mit vielen Extras, z. B. Spülmaschine, Tiefkühlschrank, aber auch für den Rücken gerechte Matratzen im Doppelbett , WLAN etc.
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, welche deutsch und kroatisch sprechen.
Zum Sandstrand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, sehr zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern aber sicher auch ältere Leute mit Bewegungs-beeinträchtigungen.
An Lokalen mit typischer kroatischer Küche fehlt es in der Umgebung auch nicht, auch für das tägliche Leben gibt es Lebensmittelläden, Bäcker Marktstände mit frischen Obst/Gemüse etc.
Ein schöner Ort zum Urlaub machen, sich entspannen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt auch für Ausflugsziele (Nin, Zadar).
Wir begannen den Tag meist mit einem ausgedehnten Frühstück auf unserer Morgensonnen-Terrasse ... :)

Rundum zum Wohlfühlen
Super Quartier, sehr nette Vermieter, guter Kontakt (deutschsprachig). Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und tiptop sauber. 100 m zum Strand, gute Bademöglichkeiten, auch in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Super Urlaub
Tolles Ferienhaus! Top Ausstattung in der Wohnung, es ist alles sehr sauber. Super nette Vermieter die alles tun damit sich die Gäste in ihrem Urlaub wohlfühlen. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, schöne Lage.

Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wie bereits bewertet, war die ganze Wohnung sehr sauber. Sehr gute Ausstattung, schöne Terrasse, 5 Minuten zum Strand.
