The 2-room flat is located in the lower area (basement) of the house and has a separate entrance and direct access to the garden.
The holiday flat has:
- 1 bedroom with double bed + sofa bed

- Galley kitchen, dishwasher, coffee machine, high-quality microwave (hot air & grill function), toaster and kettle - newly renovated 2022
- Living room with TV and fridge
- Hairdryer and iron are available
Bed linen and towels (linen package) can be added for an extra charge of 15 euros per person.

The holiday home is in a central but quiet location within a 15-minute walk of the Baltic Sea beach. The centre of the village can be reached just as quickly. You can also easily reach us by train, it takes about 10 minutes from the station to the house. On bad weather days, the Bernsteintherme with sauna, the seawater swimming pool or the cinema and culture in Zinnowitz and the surrounding area are inviting. Zinnwitz is one of the best-known seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. You will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday there. The Baltic Sea invites you to swim and do water sports or simply take a kilometre-long walk along the beach. Whether the beautiful beach promenade or the numerous shops and restaurants, a visit to Zinnowitz is always worthwhile. There is a spa, a fitness centre, a mini-golf course and a tennis court in the village. Zinnowitz has a museum, a theatre "Die Blechbüchse", a natural stage, a cinema, numerous restaurants and an indoor seawater swimming pool.
